  1. He was successful last year playing with a bunch of guys no longer playing in the NFL. They literally upgraded every other position on offence. Expect a big jump from Allen in year two. I also expect them to add a big time talent at WR in next years draft.
  2. I’m not sure about the talent either. He put up combine numbers that were not professional athletic ability.
  3. The Jets made a lot of flashy moves but we have a much better front office. It will show in the field week1 too.
  4. I don’t think it will be an issue in the regular season.
  5. We are going to have a very good running game this year. That will be a nice change from last year where we couldn’t gain more that a yard on running downs.
  6. My guess would be to keep Allen healthy last night.
  7. Good point, those were awesome when he completed it.
  8. What about Lawson? He has been playing well too. It is hard because we only have 53 and there is probably 58 NFL players on this roster.
  9. I think the pass rush is going to be good this year. I’m most concerned about punting and kicking. This is a pretty complete team.
  10. That is how I feel too. He is a better runner than Yeldon but I wouldn’t trust him in pass pro probably until next year. I would keep Yeldon and put him on the PS.
  11. He won’t, he isn’t even worth half that contract. It will be similar to when the Dolphins sign Baltimore LBs. He will be solid but nothing special. You have to have depth to be a playoff caliber NFL team. Injuries will happen and the team with the best depth always has a chance to hang around until the end.
  12. Maybe, seems weird to not play him.
  13. I would rather them have Clowney, I hope they do that.
  14. Last years group was embarrassing and there is not doubt our second team line this year is better than our first team line last year.
  15. I think this makes the most sense. The explosiveness is undeniable but we should give him the year to learn football.
  16. Those are pretty good numbers considering all of the red zone work. Thad will be Thad though. ? Allen has solid accuracy. He won’t be Drew Brees but he can be right there with guys like Big Ben, Favre, and Wentz.
  17. Right, every player in the league has highs and lows. Every time I read something like that is just screams predraft bias. Good QBs make teams pay for dropping ints. Brady does that to us all the time. For all we know Edmunds just made a great play on the ball. His length is the reason he went in round 1.
  18. That sucks, we officially don’t have a swing tackle. If Nsekhe gets hurt we can move Ford out there. If Dawkins gets hurt we move Nsekhe to LT and Ford to RT. We still have a little depth but it just got a lot thinner.
  19. I like this, it seems like the best way to get our best 5 on the field. Ford can be the backup RT if Nsekhe gets hurt. Or if Dawkins gets hurt Nsekhe moves over to LT and Ford to RT. Dawkins Spain Morse Ford Nsekhe gives us the best chance to win
  20. Thanks for the review. It’s so hard to get a feel from practice on Twitter.
  21. Exactly, he is like Big Ben. He can hang in there and make the throw even though it looks like a sack.
  22. Sounds like a franchise QB. I can hardly wait to watch this kid play this year.
  23. Not surprised, he is in a horrible situation. Very few QBs would overcome that imo.
  24. I would not be surprised at all if they moved an olineman for a pick.
  25. Maybe because they are trying to develop him into our backup QB of the future.
