He was out for 20 seconds. He’s missing the next game if we care about his long term health. Out of all my concussions I have only been out that long once and I had symptoms for a year.

I don’t think our opponents are that bad. It would not surprise me if Cincy finished the year with 8 wins and the Giants finished with 7. The Jets could be a 7 win team if Darnold comes back soon but that is dropping by the week.

Any ranking that doesn’t have Mahommes number 1 is just flat out wrong. That guy has been unstoppable this year.

I love that he doesn’t have negative runs though, we seem to be in solid situations. I would like to see Singletary get 60% of the carries though.

I can’t figure out why he struggles in Miami. We never seem to have an issue when we go there. That is probably it. Unfortunately, we never see Brady on an off day. He takes pride in quieting us. I would love to see him hit the way Clements hit him back in the day. Very unlikely though.

This is similar to how I like defending the Pats. Brady is going to make his plays, but if you let him be methodical he will take the ball down the field every time. We need to stop the run and the short timing throws and force Brady to hold the ball. If he gets it out in rhythm it is always a long day. Hopefully his arm has trouble with the deeper throws as the game goes on and we can take advantage of their oline. Offence is going to be tough, hopefully the running game can get us in favourable situations. We need to hit some timing throws to Beasley, Knox and the RBs to create some consistent first downs. Hopefully Allen can steal a few first downs with his legs. We definitely can’t have more than one turnover. The key is going to be beating Gilmore though. If we can get Foster or Brown one on one with Gilmore we need to take advantage of that. If we can hit a couple deep balls against him it will open the offence up. Foster did torch him last year but couldn’t haul it in. Gilmore has had trouble with small speed players in the past. If we can’t connect on those shots it will probably be a long day.

It’s going to be tough to beat us in our stadium. Even for the Pats.

WGR needs to step things up. I like listening to Sal and Nate, but that is it. I like the cover 1 podcast, those guys do a great job analyzing the games.

Sounds about right. The offence needs at least 3TDs for a chance. I think 4TDs gets us a win.

That is not how I see it playing out. 1) The Bills will definitely play hard and give the Pats their best shot 2) Offence is going to have to get 4 TDs to win this game 3) Crowd will likely cause one lucky turnover 4) Josh can’t have any turnovers this week 5) I’m saying Bills will be down 27-21 after a Pats TD with 2 min left and Allen will have the ball on the 25. Hopefully, our young QB comes through again. I think it comes down to Brown beating Gilmore for the game winning TD.

The Jets with Darnold are a much greater team than the Jets with Falk.

We have a championship front office and that is where it starts.

Lamar has looked exceptional so far. I don’t think he has even faced a top 20 defence yet in his career. I expected him to feast on bottom half defences because of his exceptional running ability. I’m interested to see how he does against better defences. So far his passing has far exceeded expectations this year.

I said it during draft time and I still believe it. I expected Lamar to have 3-4 very good years in the league but once his legs start to go I don’t think he will have the longevity of some of the other guys. It was one of the best QB classes ever though. I know Baker has been the consensus number 1 but he is going to have to play much better tonight to hold onto that ranking imo. I think those ranking are pretty spot on for the moment. Allen still has a good shot to be the best in the class.

I’m not even paying attention to Dolphins games. The Dolphins are going to make a lot of teams look great this year.

True, but it is a young team and it is only week 2. The OL penalties hurt us in the 3rd Q but they will get that cleaned up. They looked like a playoff team today imo.
