  1. Lol that dude is something else. According to him, and I quote, "Bills are likely going to be behind the Pats for the Division for the next 10 years".
  2. Remember that game a few years ago wind was so strong the goal posts were all turned sideways on both ends of the field.? Don't remember how strong gust got but that was crazy.
  3. Lol, I remember being super excited when he was signed. But yeah...didn't last long
  4. When did this happen? Clearly I must have missed it...unless you are considering 20-25 yards as "ripping off a long TD run". Most Devin has is a 51 yard and a 40 yard. But a 75 yarder is out running a defense, which would take "speed" to do. McCoy has taken anywhere from 45-75 yards for a score . Lol, at you implying Singletary has "long" TD runs comparing to McCoy. McCoy's ability to to out run the defense for 75 yards alone absolutely makes him a speed back. Not sure if you're just trying to find anything to argue about, but only other thing you can describe him as would be "shifty". But was absolutely a speed back that was a threat to take it all the way
  5. Yeah that's kinda strange. But keep hearing Bills are used to the bad weather there. Well seems like this roster isn't very much. Anyways, it may be just this practice was in doors and next will be out. Who knows...
  6. And what does that say? Pretty much same as others? Maybe, but not much with those short passes they like
  7. I don't know if they do. Don't they have to deactivate 3 for Brown, Star, and Mongo coming back? I guess they could work it somehow if they wanted. Depends who they decide to sit
  8. Exactly. Obviously odds are always in your favor on 4th and short situations. Not sure what it is on a 4th and 5 or whatever,
  9. Ok, well what else would you say he was? He certainly took quite a few long distance to the house for the TD. I consider that a RB with speed myself. Also he took a few all the way for TD's in snow games multiple times. So we agree he was a speed RB, what else was he then? Certainly not a bruiser type. Guess you could call him a dancer?
  10. Bills have done pretty good the times they do go for it on 4th down. Sure there are few times they didn't convert, but I wouldn't say that's why they lost games. McD has confidence in the offense and they convert more often than not
  11. Sure but not talking about cutting in snow. Poster I quoted said snow isn't good for "speedy" backs. Hence my response about McCoy
  12. Yeah not sure how it will go down, but if weather is really bad Daboll will pretty much have to run the ball a lot. Although never know with him. But Breida clearly makes a difference in the run game imo. So yeah, with OL back I'm excited to see how Breida does changing it up with his speed. McCoy seemed to do pretty well in it,
  13. Yeah he's been playing great. Their Dline in general have been playing well for that matter. Good thing our OL will be back for this game. At least gives Bills a better chance
  14. They keep playing like they have been last few weeks it's definitely a possibility. If they do very good chance they win out. Hopefully everything comes together and Bills get hot and go on a streak of their own. If Bills play like we know they can then there's a good chance 1 seed comes down to the wire
  15. Well that's correct depending on the yardage needed to gain. If 4th and 10 or more it's different.
  16. Yeah either would be better retractable roof/dome..Although as for the roof being too expensive, not sure if any and if so how much the tax payers would have to dish out. Or is Pegula paying the bulk? I'm not sure who/how many are involved that will be invested in it and all that stuff, but it's all expensive dome or roof. I can see the roof being more than dome, but either would be great for lot more than just football. Could do anything, concerts etc. Probably wouldn't take very long to pay for itself.
  17. Yea that's weird. Wonder if someone from the Hawks said that or just Rapoport saying that. At 3-8 saying win now mode is a little off lol. Even if they win out finishing 9-8 they may not get in. Depending how things fall and 7 playoff teams per conference it's possible. But they way they been playing winning out is very doubtful
  18. Exactly...I mean it pretty much goes without saying right lol? Also said Allen has to prove something or whatever, I mean I'm sure I'm not alone by any means, but imo it's quite clear he has proved a good while ago what he brings to the table. To me he has proved that as long as he is your QB your team will be competitive and has a chance for a championship.
  19. Ok, I didn't see you mention it in your other couple post so seemed like you were saying Allen is the only issue. As for the OL last yr and this yr, I agree they weren't great, but not many teams have a "great" OL. They could have done some things better but each teams OL could too but they were solid though for the most part. As far as this year the run blocking does seem a little better, but I think they are at their best with Brown, Mongo (although some are not happy with) and Williams at G maybe could be better than last yrs OL. Anyway, with OL back in tact hopefully Josh gets the time he needs and TO's go away
  20. Yeah I was on the fence for a while about the dome/roof because I have always loved the open air stadium Bills home games are known for. Even the high winds/snow etc, it's just a part of Bills history and what I've always known. But clearly to me retractable roof is best way to go.
  21. While I agree Josh has had couple bad games, that's obvious. However you seem to be coming off as it's only Allen being the reason. You fail to mention how bad the OL was when losing players in most of those losses. Are you not taking that into account at all?
  22. Yeah, and for some reason many ppl forget about that, which I don't understand how so many disregard the FACT that Josh had one of the absolute worst, if not the worst team surrounding him as a rookie. I honestly feel that Bills 2018 roster was highly likely at least in the top 5 of worst Bills rosters ever. I have noticed many occasions (on this board and random people in person) that when Josh's name comes up when comparing rookie seasons, many either forget or just refuse to bring that into equation. If Josh had only the slightest average surroundings that year, I have no doubt it would have been significantly better. When your OL is downright awful along with your WR's are beyond terrible, not just 1 or 2 WR's either, I mean every single WR. Later Foster came along and made a couple deep catches which gave hope that maybe 1 small thing could be salvaged from that junk, but nah.
