Although they won the SB, throughout the season that offense struggled quite a bit and it definitely showed due to the WR position and all the drops etc for a majority of the season . Seems like it wasn't until about the last part of the season or so they started showing some improvement. Also they had a very strong defense which lucky for them picked up all that slack.

See I don't think we would be in the same general vicinity. I get the arguement of the bad division advantage.... However, there were some pretty good defenses in that bad division. Cousins I think would have a harder time handling those defenses compared to Allen. Exactly, totally agree

I get that, but I still don't have the amount of confidence about Cousins as a few others might have. That being said, I think of Cousins as average and even with advantage of being in a bad division I don't feel confident he could win multiple division titles. But anyways, that's just me....

Wow I have a real difficult time trying to find any reason that you feel confident enough to see "at least 2 division titles and maybe 3". I would say possibly could have won 1.

To the "wondering why he is still a FA" statement, I'm not sure, but guessing it's a solid possibility it could have something to do with how his season was last year. Only having 4 sacks and 7 QB hits in 13 games after signing a 10.5 mil contract for 1 year.

Sorry for the loss. I unfortunately just lost my best friend this past Wednesday who was a die hard Bills fan and thought I should have a thread to share how amazing of a person he was. Then I happened to see this thread and thought I'd just mention it here... Gary was like a brother to me and because of him I went to my 1st Bills game. We had planned 30 years ago we were making the long trip up for the parade if Bills ever win a SB. Anyway, he was a true friend and I couldn't have hoped for a better one. My heart is crushed and a piece of me left when he did.

I fully agree, I understand it should be a certain level of frustration with him, but some talk like he is worthless. He's had some flashes here and there, also I for one thought that INT he made in the EZ against Steelers in the playoffs was a damn good play.

That was unacceptable especially from an experienced HC that has been talked up as one of the top.... Also it could be considered a blessing in disguise because if Bills won Dorsey would have stayed around longer. I'm not sure if Bills go on that winning streak with Dorsey.

I don't know, it could go either way imo. I personally think it's a better chance that he doesn't.

I just think he may be at that point in his career that this time may be different. And yes I agree he did play well those 10 games in 2022 at 33yo. Now this is 2024 and age 35. May not seem like much, but those 2 years from 33 to 35 can be a bigger difference than it seems. Don't get me wrong, I hope he does but I just have my doubts. The younger guys I was thinking of was obviously AJE, Kingsley played hard when he got opportunities

I'm just not sure what it is that would make you feel confident enough at this point in his career he can return to perform very much better than some of the younger guys Yeah I think so too. Think probably at this point they'd end up better off to move on
