  1. Well I can't say the same, at least for Frazier anyways....In no way, shape, or form I can say I'm "fine" with keeping Frazier at this point. I honestly have no confidence left in me that anything will change regarding the defense if he is kept.
  2. How many would it surprise if Dorsey couldn't use him correctly?
  3. I get it...reason I brought up the question is because I recall there were many people that said Bates did well at C in those few games Morse was out.
  4. I just think sometimes and wonder how many teams would not have fired their DC by now in this situation. Probably lot of them would have after the 13 secs
  5. Curious how some would feel in the scenario if we lose Morse and they decide addressing other parts of the OL like G/LT-RT positions and feel confident Bates can take over as starter? I know we have seen Bates come in at C at times and played fairly well. But I'm not sure if those few games we have seen is enough to feel confident. It's just a "what if" type of thing and was curious how some would feel
  6. I know right....screamed " WTF are you doin!!" EXACTLY like I did last year when saw the 13 sec defense
  7. 100% agreed regarding Frazier. Speaking for myself, I'm one of those that wanted him gone after the 13 seconds embarrassment and now when looking at yet another poor defensive playoff performance I just don't see a justified scenario in him staying at this point. As for Dorsey, it's some posters saying "it's his 1st year at OC and feel he should improve in 2nd year", I'm not in that particular crowd myself. The stats people can throw those numbers around all they want, but there's a bit more to the picture. I didn't see very much from Dorsey (particular back half of the season) that gave me any confidence that it will be better next year. In any event, at the very least Frazier should be done imo
  8. Yeah definitely have looked better at the best time and hope it continues. But man, I sure would love to see them with Hyde. Unfortunately they haven't had a single snap together this season with Elam, Tre, Johnson, Poyer, and Hyde all on the field yet. But if things go like we hope maybe we can get a chance to see it
  9. Yeah those were the good ol days long before ladies shaved off all the hair on their hot pockets
  10. Gronk commercials? They make him seem kinda dumb in most of em lol
  11. Sometimes division rival games be like that.... Bengals had tough time with Ravens and I'd bet Bengals fans sweated a bit too
  12. Wow!! Seriously that was said by someone? First I heard of this. To be sure there's a link or something I would think?
  13. Same guy that said..."now we goin up der to beat da buffalos".....
  14. Exactly....I mean if they waited that would give them less than a week to try and sell tickets.
  15. Yeah I was not much older than you, I was 14 that year. I remember being shocked and speechless just sitting there with my mouth dropped in disbelief for quite a few minutes.
  16. Lol, I don't know, but it's likely the teacher meant nothing more than a little innocent opposing fan humor. However, can never be sure with the way people can be these days...
  17. Well the one to Brown wasn't Josh's fault....that was all Brown that one. If Brown does what he was suppose to then that's another TD
  18. That's what he was doing against the Fins when they blitzed almost every down. He was being opportunistic on the 1vs1 deep balls. And he burned em good multiple times, would have burned em even more if not for a couple drops
  19. Agree.....also some of those deeps shots (vs Fins last week in particular) was probably due to Miami constantly bringing the blitz. It was crazy....like play after play it seemed and even when Josh burned them a few times it didn't seem to matter all that much. They were definitely in the "live by the blitz, die by the blitz" type of mode. Anyway, I think because of that Josh felt his WRs were winning a lot of the 1 on 1 battles Fins were left with from all the blitzing.
  20. Being at home this time makes me feel a little better than I did leading up to the Monday night match up against them in Cincy. Either way though, definitely got that BIG GAME anxiety feeling that's a little different than the regular season big game anxiety lol
  21. Both teams would be away if in Atlanta
  22. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Bengals ran only 2 plays before Hamlin situation. Or was it 3? That's why I didn't bother even bringing up a 2nd Bengals series....because it wasn't one.
  23. While you're correct that the 1 series the Bengals had the ball the Bills didn't stop them. Bills moved the ball on them also with their 1 series. That being said, it's not even remotely close to being enough to determine anything at all regarding either team. And I'm sure you noticed that Bills defense has a habit of starting off slow and picks it up soon after.
