Recently P Mahomes with knee, Culpepper back in the day missed like 7 games, Mike Vick, Troy Palamau(however you spell it), Peytom Hillis, is a few off top of my head.

Iv'e been back and forth with 13-4 and 12-5. On one hand the 12-5 would be due to the extra game and could end up being meaningless because I think it's a very good chance Bills will have division locked up and will only be depending on seeding if it will matter. Other hand if this is how it happens, MT at QB2 I feel will probably be a big factor in winning that meaningless game. Oh well, I'm going with 13-4

Correct Bills can pretty much go in many directions, so it's more difficult to predict. I really don't see Bills taking a RB at least with their 1st pick, even if they do trade down to around 40 and I feel very confident about that. Anything is possible but I would totally taken off guard and would even say disappointed if they did.

Mario and L. Fletcher hands down on Defense. Offense I would say F. Jackson maybe would make a difference, don't know how much with run blocking that wasn't that good last season. EDIT: Add Spikes for the Defense
