  1. The little info we do know and have read from TC threads and those that attended other day, which player do you think is having a very good or the best camp so far?? I guess I'd say AJ Espensa has been doing well it seems. Who else do you think has been standing out that could create some tough decisions moving forward?
  2. It could be more exciting and whatnot this preseason than those in the past with the expectations and extra excitement about the team. I don't know, but sure looked like a whole lot of ppl were at that practice.
  3. I believe they wanted Roberts to run as often as possible I'm sure being he was one of the best K/R in the league and was dangerous. That said, I'm not sure he was supposed to on a few of those deep in the EZ. I recall about 2 or so (which isn't many at all) that he had no business running out. I think one time he was about to kneel and decided to just go for it. Although there were also a few times he did run it out from deep in the EZ and got the offense in good field position. He did get more positive field position than not though, therefor I didn't mind and kinda wanted him to run it out majority of the time. But there were a couple times where you know it's a bad idea to run it out and those are the ones I'm talking about. But like I said, it was very few I recall so not really a big deal. Basically just saying I'm not sure he was "supposed" to run it out all the time. Yeah and very, very doubtful he beats out McKenzie. Imo McKenzie is a lock to make it without question
  4. We will have a better idea how much the RB's along with OL run blocking have improved if any when the real games start.
  5. I had no interest in watching this game like at all. Looks like a good call as it seems I'm not missing nothing at all.
  6. Now that's an area of his game I think he has improved upon quite a bit is route running. McKenzie has become a very effective player. The work he has put in along with the way Daboll calls the right plays has really payed off.
  7. I guess technically Breida isn't a "lock" to make the team. Although imo his chances are far more likely that he makes it than not. If they keep 4 RB's he for sure would be a lock. I don't see anyone else besides A. Williams maybe that could do something possibly. Doubt Wade makes it. Can't think of anyone off top my head unless I'm missing someone.
  8. He has 8 career fumbles from what I read from your link.
  9. Oh yeah, for sure practices are competitive, as they should be. That's why I say his play is no different either way. It's all competitive. I just hope for less drops. I don't know what the deal is with the ping pong balls either myself lol
  10. I don't think knox's drops or impressive catches are any different whether it's practice that's less competitive or a regular season game. I mean we have seen him make great plays and drops during both. I agree he lays the hammer sometimes after the catch. That's great about him. Imo it's just lack of concentration at times along with thinking a little too far ahead about the extra yards and knocking the ***** out of opposing players. That's just me though, I think he's the same during practice as he is actual game imo
  11. ok got ya, didn't know that... Not sure, but I think in regards to Knox there has been a little too many drops and some are more frustrated maybe?
  12. I think Sanders stays there. As far as "If Kumerow keeps making noise" goes.....I believe that's a good possibility, he has been pretty much every single day so far I believe. He's been doing it since the 1st day basically lol. Glad to see it. Ok, I honestly didn't read much after the 1st line of Kumerow and Davis steps up lol. I agree though, I have seen a few comments here and there where seemed there was concern about him, but yeah, Knox drops are far more frustrating
  13. Thanks. Notice the first sentence mentions Kumerow again with another good showing and also Davis (for the ones that have been worried about him). Maybe some will feel a little better now hopefully lol
  14. Yeah the way Allen played that game definitely made that game hard to forget. While the hurdle also made me feel good and hopeful Bills finally got the QB they have needed for so long, I was impressed by him in that preseason his rookie year. Although you have to take preseason with a grain of salt and whatnot, he still looked good and kinda gave everyone a glimpse of that impressive arm
  15. Exactly.....that 2018 team was brutal to watch. I agree with you about it wasn't just the WR's, however while the OL was bad and other positions also etc, I honestly have to say imo the OL was not nearly as bad as the WR's. I mean although the OL struggled, there were many plays that could/should have been made. So, so many dropped passes and just overall poor play by that WR group. I swear it was so bad it got to the point I was always expecting a dropped pass every time Josh dropped back. Was really a tough season to watch. Honestly think that was the worst group of WR's Bills have ever had that I can remember. Agree. Don't know the number of snaps each of them get but I'm think Kumerow will get more chances than before for sure. Either way, best man should be out there anyway whoever it will be.
  16. Agree. Very likable guy. Remember (last year sometime I think) he posted a pic of a huge ass spider lol. Forgot what he said, but remember I got a chuckle
  17. Well was just using it as an expression. I did say "I guess you could say" after the Cinderella statement. Regardless though, point was he likely will be talked about more than a few others due to the fact he has been a practice squad guy for the most part. Also since he is making a damn good impression in camp so far, add in he went to Packers and apparently was impressive there also. Just feel like he will be more of the talk than, say Davis or whatever since he is looking great. I don't know, just my 2 cents.
  18. Ok, I was speaking in regards to NFL. I'm not familiar with his college play. Anyways, he still hasn't been good in the pros, however I agree with you that the talent is there and he proved recently as of last season that he can be a threat as K/R.
  19. Well, I think it's more about Kumerow basically being the "cinderella story" I guess you could say. So there is and will be more about him I would think. Davis has been solid. He has a couple drops I believe was reported few days ago, which is no biggie. Otherwise seems to me he is doing his thing as usual.
  20. Disagree. In the past when McK was K/R (which was not often), I don't recall him being a "good returner". Maybe average at best or maybe even below average. He obviously did great last season with the TD return when he had to step in. Maybe it's an area he has improved upon as of last season and hopefully if called upon for that role again he will keep it up. As for he "has been a good returner" in the past, I haven't seen it.....unless I'm missing something.
  21. Yeah, nothing to it to me. All teams went through it. Josh had great year and it certainly wasn't because there was no crowd noise.
  22. I see some still mention this at times. I just don't think nothing of it. I can't see where it would make much of a difference myself....
  23. No way.... Bills had one of the toughest schedules last season. You may be thinking about the year before when they played Houston in playoffs
