I don't know if he's on the "hot seat" or not, but yeah you can bet when (not if) Dalton struggles, he will for sure Call Fields in. If true about hot seat, then would also do it just to hopefully save his job.

Agree. Some maybe a little more than others but overall situation every team is dealing with. I would very much like to see more Bills WRs etc vaccinated, however have to remember they went through same type things last season and everything turned out pretty smoothly for the most part. I have confidence this staff, coaches etc will once again do everything possible to keep everyone safe and available as they can. Hope it goes about as good as last season

Gotcha... Yeah you just lead off with "due for a loss" so that's why it seemed like a main reason. Anyways, I for sure think Steelers will bring it, as expected with that franchise, but with Bills being at home and ready to kill it coming off that heart breaking AFCCG loss....hard for me to see Bills lose. I predict it will be close, tight game for a while and Bills pull away later and win by 7 to 10 points.

Yeah would be the best thing for sure. Especially if that OL continues to play like they did against mostly Bills back ups.

They will sit him (according to the HC). But I'd bet he won't sit long at all. Seems like there's a lot of pressure there with pretty much everyone calling for Fields to start. I think HC gives in sooner than later and puts him on the field. Especially if Dalton struggles early and often.

Kinda get the impression he will be out for opener and maybe even couple more games after. Hope not though, but it sounds like it could be a little more severe than was hoping for.

Doubt he plays any more than a couple series. And I'd guess on the 1st if he coasts down field and they get a TD that will be it for him.

Yeah, I mean that's something to take with a grain of salt. Won't be long now at all that it will be seen how ready they actually are. Those predictions like that are wrong a lot of times too. I don't expect much from either of those QBs myself. I think they will have a tough ride and expect nothing more than average rookie QB play at best. I definitely don't think either will have a rookie season like J. Herbert did last year. Not even in the same ball park.

Well it's never just one person at fault. With that said imo it became clear afterwards he couldn't get it done without that type of system

Yup. One of those that thrived in a particular system and was great, but after that he dropped off quickly.

Agree. Hell just about all of em look pretty good. Those depth players laid the hammer down on Bears starters. I bet other teams can't wait to pick up the ones Bills release. Some really good players are going to get cut

I think Bills play well out the gate too. Will be a good test for opener. Should be a pretty good game

I think Steelers will have that usual tough defense but won't be tough enough to cool Bills offense down for them to win.
