Ricky Proehl. 17 seasons. 6 teams. So effective, that the Rams greatest show on turf, had to find a place for him. Money on 3rd down. Great route runner and a terrific possession receiver.
Yes I'm being serious. I watched this movie at 15, and even though I loved it, it obviously went completely over my head. Rewatched this last week and he is right on the money. Made me feel not alone.
Talked Arizona. Said some discussions with Brady are "uncomfortable." Improved throwing motion due to shoulder injury. New WR's. Says Hollins is the Alpha. Focusing on the " process instead of the result." Said they were focusing too much on the result in the past. New KO rule is going to be interesting. Not sure how long the adjustment league wide will take. Hope is to run less (he didn't sound convincing.)
Short interview but that's what our QB is thinking as of today.
NFL 94.
Played literally hundreds of games of this version. Excellent play books and a hint of things to come. Developers ruined it in 95. Still, I have the memories. We used ro call the pxp guy "Bourbon Bob" because he'd come up with such beauties as "It's 1st and 10 from the 99 yard line."
High praise indeed. My all-time favorite coming out of nowhere preseason Bills D player was Pat Williams. For those old enough to remember, he was undrafted in 97 and went on a seek and destroy mission that got him on the team. Had a really good career too.
I was just thinking to myself: "Is this really how I'm going to spend my Saturday night?" Lol. I am getting older. 10 years ago I'd be on my 5th drink and just getting going.
On the bright side, we all get to enjoy the dulcet stylings of Maddie Glab
At least it's not 17. Does it suck? Absolutely it does. The fact is they played the majority of the season last year without him. The adjustment won't be foreign. Hopefully he'll be back in December. Season isn't over everyone.
This sucks. No way around it. I'm obviously not a Vikings fan, but I love watching rookie QB's play and develop. Imagine getting drafted and you're about to fulfill a lifelong dream and this happens. It's like getting half a b...w j...
Well said. I agree with all of this. On GR, however, if we're referring to S&B as "ok", the bar is set incredibly low. After all these years, Bulldog still contributes next to nothing. Sirius is soooo worth it.
