  1. To me, this show is all gravy. BB was so spectacular and so unique, that I'm just laying back and enjoying the characters and the writing(not to mention NM and its beauty) and not getting too wrapped up in what is not happening. It could move faster yes, particularly Jimmy's evolution, but I'm fine where it is. I tend to think of it as DVD extras.....if that makes sense.
  2. Ok....to me. Happy St. Paddy's
  3. I don't get the show? Lol. I get it. It's not funny. What's not to get?
  4. To each his own. Another example of a show that wastes airtime thinking they're comedians.
  5. Thurman. No happens close to what occurred without him.
  6. It's always the crash of metal when I listen. Sal, for all the admiration I have for him and his tenacity, is sooooooo boring. Bulldog is amazing. It amazes me that someone can be on the air for 20 years and not get any better. If the station burned down one night with everyone in it my only question in the morning would be ........What's for breakfast?
  7. If this is recent, then hanging with the Dead has chilled him out a touch. Great way to handle it.
  8. Duff's on Sheridan is strange. I always go late an hour or so before they close and they are always amazing. The one time I got them during the rush, they were awful. Bar Bill cooks their wings perfect every time but not a fan of the sauce/rub. Snyder Bar and Grill is an awesome neighborhood place
  9. What else can you say. He's the best. Just our luck he wound up in our division and not in Tampa. The fun continues.
  10. "that's what you had today Luke, nothin' " Great and long career. "tick...tick...tick..." was awesome
  11. A ?. I can't remember but did Saul take a chunk of cash with him? Or did he waste it all on disappearing?
  12. This is from Parcells autobiography on his first year in NE and inherenting the players he was given on D: " The scheme I used is what I thought was best for the players I had THAT year. I tried to use the players I had in a system that allowed their talents to flourish. The sign of a good coach is one who will fit the scheme to the personel, at least temporarily, until he can begin to integrate people more in line with his philosophy" It's a good read Rex. You might learn something.
  13. I think I just felt the world get lighter
  14. So good,we already beat Philly!!!
  15. Totally agree. For some reason I can't get as excited for this game. It'll be a great day because it's the SB but it has no juice for me. Maybe by kickoff that will change. Idk
  16. Brad and Jeremy would be the equivalent of having teeth pulled. I could see it though. GR obviously doesnt care about quality so why would this be different.
  17. Please. White is not very good. Can he get through a show without analytics or reading a tweet? River would make the station even more unlistenable. Thank God for the fan 590 out of Toronto. Good interview with Jim Kelly this morning. Thinks the Pats will probably blow Denver out.
  18. Good God, it never ends.
  19. How about the one where the little girl went under her bed and fell into the 5th dimension. That's a fun episode.
  20. Hang in there Westie. I speak for everyone here when I say: We got you
  21. I don't post much but this board is one of my best friends. Merry Christmas to all!!!!!

  23. Scratch-offs. If they win, you're a hero. If they don't they had fun with it.
