I believe he said he turned down 9 million, I think from Florida, to take the 13 million. I was wrong.     If the shoe was on the other foot and the Bills traded for Diggs, did him a favor and tore up his deal and gave him a 1 year contract, and he didn’t show up for OTA’s, I’d be a teeny bit perturbed.
