Dems are so friggin stupid I can't handle it. Say you are a billionaire and the US passes this tax. Why wouldn't you just move to the Bahamas? Or anywhere on earth you want to live. By trying to scam rich people for a little more money you are just going to make them leave and then you get NOTHING!

Actually, nothing isn’t even true. You’d end up with worse. It’s unreal how stupid Leftists are.

So they would just let their money chill in a savings account with the interest getting taxed at 39ish percent?

If the ROI on the investments for the 10,000 people this would affect, is greater than the ROI elsewhere, they’ll still invest.

You just don’t get it, do you? Their money would not stay in this country. One of the way those people gained wealth by knowing how to avoid losing money. And people like you think, “they’ll pay more and we’ll pay less!”

As my long departed Dad used to say, “***** in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up first.”

    Per AI:

As of February 2023, a study by Henley Partners found that 9,630 Americans have a net worth of over $100 million, which is considered centi-millionaire status.

So this tax would affect less than 10,000 Americans.

So, when those having a net worth of over 100 million stop investing, how do you feel that effects the economy?

Do you think it will have no effect on the average Joe? Will the job market be good?

Think about that and answer truthfully.

Like it or not, the extremely wealthy keep a whole lot of people employed.

In March, the Biden-Harris Administration released its official Fiscal Year 2025 budget proposal which calls for the creation of an annual 25 percent minimum tax on the unrealized gains of individuals with income and assets that exceed $100 million

    - It only affects people with high assets and income so they should have the ability to pay

    - SCOTUS had a chance to shoot something like this down in Moore v US this year and they punted.

So, in other words, it will give pause to those who have lots of money from investing that money.

Boy, that sounds like a great thing for the economy. 👎

Yes outside of Josh is pretty much scrubs and a couple above average guys overall. No Josh and this team might be 5-12 or worse. This isn’t the 49ers where anyone can play QB because everyone is wide open in that scheme and their roster is stacked. This is a house of cards sitting on Josh that would crumble without him.

Of course the Bills would crumble without Allen. That doesn’t mean their roster sucks. Far from it.

This is all well and good but when you have guys like Nabers, MHJ and Odunze making immediate impact you have to wonder if maybe we should’ve traded up for a WR1 or at least went after more WRs in the draft to see if one of them could make the first year impact that so many WRs do (puka 2023, Pickens 2022, St Brown 2021).

I think Coleman will have a role and be impactful this year but would be nice to have a few more options for our once in a lifetime QB who isn’t getting any younger

I didn’t know the regular season has started and any of the above mentioned have done anything. I should go look at their stats.

I read the Bills have been in discussions with Tannehill, which I think is good news because I believe we always win when he is on the field.

    Where did you read that?

There are way more jobs for QBs than there are good QB’s.

How hard do you try to invest in a backup QB? A QB that you won’t even know is worth a damn til they step on the field, and that you are hoping they never do?

    ”Pure negligence” lol.

Very funny to me that Bills fans watched a 17 year playoff drought without a single quality QB on the roster, now they are demanding we need two even though half the teams in the league have 0.

    That’s pure BS.

Brock Purdy being anything at all is pure dumb luck.

There’s no sense in trying to replicate such a scenario. It’s just as unlikely as a bum journeyman vet like Foles having an incredible 7 game stretch and winning a Super Bowl.

And you miss the biggest point of his logical argument. If Allen goes down for a few games and we lose those games, knocking us out of the playoffs because we have ***** at backup QB, Beane should be held accountable. What we are seeing is pure negligence on his part and isn’t taking factors into account? There are a host of low seeded teams that have won a Super Bowl.

  8. This isn’t about winning a damned Super Bowl with our backup. It’s about maybe having to win a game against a mediocre team to make a playoff spot, so we can compete for a Super Bowl with Allen at QB. To hold the fort down for a game or three.

    Trubisky is terrible.

Does anyone really need to see Josh play this week?  I mean you just lost a Qb.  It went from him saying he wasn't going to play this preseason to now playing in multiple games.

Nobody needs to see Josh play however he has a lot of new guys surrounding him and the need is for reps.
