    ....EMT and paddles ready.....LMAO BOE........

The possibilities are endless when you think about it. Fred faking a heart attack on the field, the midget trainer jumping up and down on the sidelines yelling, “the plane! The plane!” All the while not firing Rex and having him walking around the sidelines in a pair of heels.

I read this on another board:

Scenarios of what could have happened:

"1. Shady sent a one of his buds to get the jewelry. She wasn't expected to be there but was and things got out of hand. This would still be on Shady and he's done.

    2. One of Shady's pals knew this has been stressing him out so he took it upon himself to go get the jewelry back thinking that would impress McCoy. Still bad for shady but he may be able to save his career.

    3. Word had gotten around that shady was trying to get the jewelry back. Bad people found out it was in the house and went to rob her. Only way Shady walks away clear.

    4. She was going to be evicted later that day (there was a hearing set for yesterday that is now postponed...hmmm) so she set-up a "robbery" to make it look like the jewelry that she was supposed to return (and was curiously enough wearing in bed at 3 AM) was stolen and blamed it all on Shady."

4 is ridiculous. She could have “made up” that same story without getting into the ring with Mike Tyson.

  3. Honestly, I hate to be the good ol’ days guy but I miss the days when the only thing you worried about during the summer was potential holdouts.

This is way premature. There is no indication McCoy had anything to do with this. MyCoy is an honorable, good man. All indications point to a random attack or some guy thinking the house was empty.

What are all these indications you speak of?

i sincerely hope you are right.

Charged and convicted are not the same thing.

Who is going to want to employ a player that has been charged in connection with this?

That would be disastrous PR for the team and league.

Five years ago, sure. Not now. No way.

Did anyone else listen to Schopp today?

What a clown. He doesn't remember shadys thing with Lou Williams or Kaepernick comments and is talking like he's a lawyer of something.

He never wanted Shady and has been trying to run him out of town ever since.

I'm not saying shady is innocent but talking like he creates some huge distraction because of those two incidents and even going back to comments he made when he was an eagle are irrelevant.

He said some guy was better than Tebow while Tebow was in the league. Who gives a ****.

And that her lawyer put out a press release.  As I stated above, that is a red flag for me.  In my experience, not what real victims do.  The rely on the police, and if they have enough to state a claim they file a civil action.  As a general rule:  Press release = hold-up for money.

Honestly, I don’t know how you can say she isn’t a real victim. Her being a victim means she got the !@#$ing tar knocked out of her.

And, if I had some rich guy beat the crap out of me, or I was able to prove he ordered it, guess what I want for my trouble?

    Money.

    And lots of it.

That doesn’t make her any less of a victim. It makes her a smart victim.

Was he under restraining order or something?  Why wouldn't he be allowed in his own home?  Are you simply saying he wasn't welcome... by her?

    Pretty much.

For whatever screwy reason, even though it is McCoy’s residence, she lives there and he doesn’t and their relationship sucks.

I will say this, there is a lot more we need to know but why would McCoy send someone to get his jewelry? Just speculation, but maybe he was afraid she would sell it and he has no way of proving it is in the residence to begin with?

There are motives, it appears, on both sides. We just need to see which way this shakes itself out.

If she was at MCCOY'S house, why would he hire someone to go to HIS house and get his stuff? How about he just goes to HIS house and gets it? Why would anyone hire someone to go to their house to demand their stuff? Makes no sense.

Actually, it makes a lot of sense if McCoy wasn’t allowed in the home.

According to this new article, the robber demanded jewelry that McCoy had demanded his girlfriend return earlier. He had also recently changed the house's security system, and there were no signs of forced entry.

Well, at least we are getting a little more concerning this. That doesn’t sound good but more will come out one way or the other.

this cant be the same as evicting a wife. husband/wife normally have joint assets. she was just his girlfriend, she doesnt have any ownership for the home unless her name is on the deed.

She may not own the property but she has every right to live there if she set up legal residency once upon a time and never left.....until a court order removes her.
