Greg Olsen visiting Bills, Redskins, Seahawks
Walking Tall replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Maybe Dawson Knox having a 2.5 yard per average better per catch average? Maybe Olsen being 35 years old? Maybe Olsen missing 18 games in the last three seasons? Maybe Olsen having barely over 1,000 yards total in his last three seasons? If the Bills wish to address TE in free agency, by all means go for it and pay someone that actually has had relatively good health over the last three years and whose numbers aren’t free falling during that time. Hey, maybe we can get Jason Witten to come here while we are at it, right? -

So, you think it would be a good idea to have two injury prone TE's out of the three you want to keep? -
Robert Saleh vs. Sean McDermott...Who you got?
Walking Tall replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
McDermott would make Saleh cry tears of pain by clapping real loud and breaking his ear drums. -

I guess we need an unnecessary Frank Gore signing for our TE unit? No thanks. -
Free Agency - March 18 - Who do you want?
Walking Tall replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think I’d like to sign a solid CB to compete for the 2 and nickel spot, short term. Sign either Lawson or the best available DE. Let Phillips walk. Sign a TE to compete with Knox for the #1 spot. Sign depth at LBer. Sign a power RB that is under 30 years old. That’s good for me. -
I laugh at the numbers being thrown out there when Prescott is mentioned. The guy is not good. Agreed, Mahomes should make way more than Prescott.

The Bills are going to win the Super Bowl within the next two years and I think it very well may be next season. -

What did last years prove? -
If you actually watched Howie Long you would say he is a Hall of Famer.

Thanks for sharing and continued prayers to your sister-in-law and you and your family!

Mittelstadt is just too weak, physically, to compete in the NHL. If the kid hit the weight room and transformed himself he would be a force. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the drive to lift the iron. Cozens May be ready but a year in the A would do him and the team much better. Enough with rushing prospects.

Marv Levy interview on new Bills
Walking Tall replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Marv. Great head coach in the sense that he kept those teams motivated. Kept that locker room full of huge egos grounded. That was no small feat. -
And he is being benched in their most important games.

Bills potential interest in Pats UFA LG Joe Thuney?
Walking Tall replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We will differ. I'm sure we will have people agreeing with the both of us. Tackles, yes. Center, yes. Not guards. -

You draft and develop guards. You don’t break the bank for them by signing some other teams free agent. There is a reason guards seldom go in the first round of a draft. -
Mahomes buys entire restaurant dinner as thanks

I like Mahomes. Has his head screwed on right. -
I disagree. If the organization hadn’t become such a damned laughing stock....and that IS what they are, a laughing stock, over the past five plus years, then you could excuse the jersey crap.....maybe. But, that was just in-line with every ducking thing else that has taken place under the Pegula reign of terror. This team is a damned joke and to embarrass alumni from when they actually iced a good team is damned inexcusable. The internet? Did they just guess how to spell names? It sure seems it. Terry and Kim Pegula should be ashamed at what they have done to a once proud franchise. Hockey Heaven? Laugh My ***** Ass Off.
