And there is enough evidence that Poyer was toast within this scheme two seasons ago. Just a dumb, dumb signing. He offers nothing. Give that practice squad spot to someone that may develop into something, if indeed this is the PS.

This is a joke, right?

Between Dawkins and his race cars, Epenesa and his python hunting and watching Davidson tonight (won’t give away his off-season activity) I will now be worried about injury each and every day of the year. Ugh.

Tyrell Shavers makes initial 53 man roster
Walking Tall replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t think is is some small thing. The Bills have the national spotlight right now. NFL players and college players are watching Hard Knocks. What a message to send to the world. Make our practice squad and your NFL career isn’t over. Work your ass off and you will make the 53. Look for undrafted guys to have that drummed into their heads. Congrats, 80! -
You should ask that in the Bills cuts thread. 🫣 jk

Are the Bills bringing him back?
-
Oogie Boogie mother *****!

You are correct. I am more frustrated that they just can’t seem to get these ***** young, high draftees to make a difference. Phillips may be needed because of spectacular blunders on draft day.

Dumb.

Then you’d end up with 20 million dollar a year players having to play meaningless games. Count me out. Also, count me in on doing away with pre-season games.

I think the Bills would have released Shavers early to possibly help him catch on a roster if they were going to release him. The kid deserves that much and the Bills are a classy outfit. Shavers is staying.

Probably be on the University of Colorado coaching staff by mid-week.

I guess Caesar won’t be dressing this year.

The one thing McDermott and Beane preach, particularly Beane, is developing and keeping your own. The Bills have put the time and effort into developing Shavers, regardless if he was on the PS or active roster (which he was last season). Now, do they keep him? I think so.

I don’t think that statement is being made to insult anyone’s intelligence. The Bills, if the Tre news is bad, may not want to tip their hand about a desperate need to acquire a CB. It’s really too bad that Jackson or Solomon haven’t shown anything to date. If they did, Epenesa would be a prime trade candidate to land a CB.

I don’t know. He drew two defensive holding penalties tonight not looking stiff.
-
Bishop and Rapp will be starting at Safety. AND I strongly disagree that White or Hamlin wouldn’t make most NFL rosters.
-
The way Dane Jackson is being used tonight it almost makes you think Tre isn’t hurt bad or they think Hairston will be ready to play week 1.
-
Landon Jackson…..not so sure about that kid. Obviously he’s raw but it doesn’t seem like he belongs in some of these reps I’m watching.

Forrest Gump’s kid out there.

I could be wrong but something tells me that Boo Hoo Esiason’s and Cookie’s financial situations were a tad different.
-
All I get out of that is Boo Hoo Esiason is a cheap SOB and I dislike him more today than I did yesterday. Cry me a river, Boo Hoo.

Hmmmm. Seems some Democrats also don’t like the logo. https://www.foxnews.com/media/democratic-party-gavin-newsom-join-online-roasting-new-cracker-barrel-logo.amp Though, it seems as if Cracker Barrel accomplished their goal with you by reaching out to the LGB alphabet community.

The cart doesn’t scare me in the context of what we’re hearing. What does scare me is Sal saying Tre was talking with trainers “and hitting the wall”. Obviously, Tre Knows his body and has been through a couple major injuries recently. Him being upset and hitting the wall that surrounds the field seems like he knows something good didn’t happen…..how bad remains to be seen.
