I've never seen it other than Tua...who else did that happen to?
I can’t remember names….college and pro. Like you I’ve watched many, many games. -

I'm going to play devil's advocate on this one: haven't other players (including Mitch Morse) had more concussions than Tua?
Sure they have. However, concussions effect everyone differently. I have been watching football for 50 years and have only seen players T-Rex on the field about 4 or 5 times. 2 of those have been Tua.- 1

Fine. Let him take the field. I’ll have no sympathy when they have to cart him off again and he becomes a drooling freak in a wheel chair, scaring his grand kids.
He’ll probably then sue the NFL and claim it’s their fault.

This shows the rate of success. I'm not denying they are successful when going for it. I have more trust in Josh to make these plays work.
But the bottom line is Mcdermott has been bottom 5 in going for it on 4th down in the league. More often then not, he's taking the points over being aggressive.
Thursday he did the opposite and I hope it continues
You just don’t get it.

I just wonder, with the NFL being sued by former players over concussion issues, can the league step in and say Tua is done? I think they could and not allow him to step in the field. Either that or sign the old Steve Grogan waiver of liability before he takes the field.

All of those are some of the reasons I’m not placing a tremendous amount of weight on this “Terrific” coaching job, by the Bills. Loved watching them thrash the Fins but their O was puking all over the field , every other play.
The Miami team that took the field Thursday was still squarely functioning at preseason levels and it showed.
You should’t quote terrific. You should underline it, bold it and italicize it because….it was terrific.- 2

They had an injured Achane out on the field Thursday night when the game was out of reach. That franchise doesn't give one ***** about the health of their players. McDaniel can kiss whoever he wants on the head. He’s all about himself.

It's sad, but Tua ran his helmet, into Damar 'The Enforcer' Hamlin. 😅
That is a few steps above colliding, with a wet dish rag.
If Tua was concussed in that situation, (IMO, I thought that he looked OK, on the sideline) then he should hang 'em up!
Well, what was your opinion when you saw him on the field looking like he had rheumatoid arthritis is his hands? I need to know so I can be sure. -
No biggie. Slip of the plant foot.

I would have liked to see the behind the scene employees for Thursday Night football show the pre-game predictions on the screen when they were talking to Allen in the post game show. Just to let Allen they all thought Miami would win besides Fitz.
That woman had Miami winning by 10.

Long season and the Bills have a brutal schedule. Expect it will be a dogfight.
NYJ should win their next four games. Titans, NE, Denver and Minny before they play us. That would put them at 4-1 and the media would be drooling all over themselves.
On the other hand, we have Jax, @Balt @Hou. Hopeful we will be 4-1 but that’s asking a lot.
MIA depends on what happens with Tua and NE looks improved. Plus WE HAVE TO STAY HEALTHY! Great seeing Edwards and Bishop in at Safety last night!
Will all that said I do expect the Bills to win the AFCE again!
I’ll bet you right now the Jets don’t win their next 4 games. It’s hard to pull off 4 wins in a row no matter who the competition is and the Jets aren’t some juggernaut.- 2

Not to poop on this but a lot of these foundations are nothing more than a money laundering scheme for these folks. A way to funnel money to their posse, a way to hide income from the taxman, and just overall notice on the up and up as one would wish.
Maybe so.i do believe that to be true but Tua? Nah.That kid has a good heart. Maybe one of the nicest athletes in professional sports.- 1

Its about making it safe for players when they do make tackles. Its real easy for the back of a QB's head to hit the carpet.
In a show of support for Tua I wish all QB's would put on the Guardian cap. Josh be the 1st
Turn something career ending for one player into career saving for those that follow.
On a side note that was Damar Hamlin taking another hard hit to the chest. Its very possible the Guardian cap also helps safeguard against that kind of hit that stopped Hamlins heart IMO.
From what I remember it wasn’t the hit that stopped Hamlin’s heart, it was the hit and where the heart was in it’s rhythm, which was still a completely freakish thing to happen.- 2

Yeah, he took out Tua by letting him run head first into his chest.
I wasn’t talking about that. Did you watch the game? Damar Hamlin played an outstanding football game.
End of story.

Agreed on McDermott, masterclass from his defense tonight. He has McDaniel's number.
I will be a wet blanket about Brady though. Thought it was a middling night from him. I still see very little creativity from his offense. Too vanilla for my liking, a lot of times he is asking the players to just win their matchups without using the scheme to help them. He continues to not use play action appropriately. I see a large gap between him and the top offensive coaches in this league.
Good God. They didn’t need to get fancy tonight. The gameplan was perfect. And no creativity? Did you see the first TD?- 6

Bills played very conservative on offense tonight and it worked out well.

I hope I never have to hear again how McDaniel is a better HC than Sean McDermott is.
This is one gutty performance through 30.
