Around the NFL - Week 10 - Sunday, November 12th
Walking Tall replied to RiotAct's topic in The Stadium Wall
If they come out and lay another egg it will be. What else would you expect? Hopefully, that won’t be the case. I expect a big win tomorrow. -

Just looking around the league and looking at the Bills….they will be extremely fortunate to make the post-season. Our offense, where we have no injuries, has been stagnant for well over a month. The defense is just decimated. Too much to overcome. -

The Browns. Ugh. They win this and that hurts. -

Their schedule is certainly favorable. We just have to start winning. The Texans will cough up a couple they shouldn’t. They almost did it today at the end. -

NFL Network has it right. The Patriots are reaping what the sowed with Mac Jones. The OC situation he had to put up with is nothing short of embarrassing. -

If Belichick is there he’ll trade down and take a linebacker. -

Simply put, the best that ever played the game. Couldn’t stand him but I have no problem tipping my cap to him. Belichick was a losing coach before and after Brady. -

Welcome to what we Bills fans suffered for about 17 years straight. -

Belichick is such a clown. Could have flipped field position right there but he completely screws up. -

Josh Allen Fined for the Taunting Penalty

Actually, no. A person making 50k a year needs that 60 dollars a hell of a lot more than the guy making 9 million a year needs that 11k because I guarantee you the man making 50k a year is spending up to what he makes to make ends meet where the guy making 9 million isn’t. -
Bills vs Broncos-Monday Night Football
Walking Tall replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
Does Rapp stink? He started and went the whole way against Miami. After Miami’s second drive they were pretty much shut down. -
Same could be said about Sean McDermott only Harbaugh has been much more successful. I’d take Harbaugh in a heartbeat.

Week 10, Broncos v. Bills - Predict the Score

Bills 41, Broncos 14 -
OK, thanks for that. I don’t have all 22 access or anything like that. Is he getting separation? Is there a reason you feel they aren’t going to him at all? Covered well?

I like what you said about we aren’t fast as an offense. That is so true and it seems we do nothing to attempt to take advantage of the speed we do have. For instance, it seems we almost always have Cook slip out of the backfield and sit underneath. I have no issue with this as it is a nice 5-8 yard gain as coverage from all angles quickly converge. The point being Cook is stationary when he catches the ball. Cook is a very fast player. I don’t recall ever seeing him deployed on a wheel route that he may actually be able to just use flat out speed to beat defenders for a big play. I’m not trying to compare era’s but Thurman Thomas was used on these routes very successfully and though Thurman was a better receiving threat than Cook is, Cook is faster than Thurman was. I’d love to see the Bills at least try this. And not ***** can it if it doesn’t work the first time. Give the defense something else to think about. And I won’t even get into the way Harty is not being used.

Buy: Shakir. I think he’s emerging as the second best WR on the team. Sell: our aging safety duo. Love them both but our eyes ain’t lying. Hold: Matt Milano. Can’t heal quick enough but I don’t think we see him until 2024.

If a change is made at OC it needs to be with someone that has had success in the past. Otherwise, don’t even bother.

The defensive ends are probably the biggest disappointment on the team. Not getting to the QB. No big sacks. No knocking the ball loose from the QB. No forcing the QB’s to throw a pick with pressure. With the high picks and salary spent at this position, the return on those investments is a flat out failure.
