If the Broncos move the ball easier than we would like this Bills team won’t survive much past this weekend….if at all.

Why would he? This is the exact reason why you negotiate for guaranteed money.

No, the Bills went 4-1 against the NFC. They beat the Cardinals, Seahawks, Lions and 49ers.

Because the Bills have a mediocre defense and an awful special teams. The Bills offense is going up against a very good defense. This game isn’t the pushover some people think it will be.

Bad idea. Drunk Bills fans will be using them as toilet paper and trying to flush them down toilets. You just know it will happen.

The Bills lost 3 or their 5 games against playoff teams. Surprisingly their 2 wins were against the Chiefs and Lions.

Interesting. The Bills have not fared well in this regard against playoff teams. Going to be a tough road ahead. I didn’t realize we only played 5 games against playoff teams.

I don’t know about that. Look at the NFC North and the records there.

I’ll say this. He has the worst defense he has ever had and his special teams are atrocious. And he has this team at 13-4. People may not want to hear this with a playoff game coming up in a few days but this team needs work and I fully expect an even better version of the Bills next season with off-season upgrades. I’d be willing to bet that if you pumped truth serum into McDermott and Beane they’d both say they didn’t expect to be in the position they are today.

McDermott deserves a lot of heat for 13 seconds. And I do mean a LOT. But let’s also be honest about the rest. I hardly blame him for any playoff exit beside that one. Last year? He almost put together a gameplan that beat the Chiefs while being SEVERELY undermanned. To say he is a bad game manager, to me, was eliminated that day…in a loss none the less. The bottom line is McDermott has been blessed with one of the great QB’s of our generation. But so has Andy Reid. Andy Reid is also a great coach. The Bills have always been just a hair behind the Chiefs who have 3 SB titles. That how close we are. Just a hair behind one of the great teams of all time. I’m far from ready to say goodbye to McDermott. Even this season with a playoff exit. He has this team close in a clear transition year. The guy is pure class and one hell of a coach. And I’m not always easy on him.

Those garbage plates will do that to ya.

IMO, he’s the best o-lineman we have and that is saying a lot with the talent on that unit.

When you look at the Bills defense and special teams, this game concerns me a bit. I think it’s the second worst matchup we could have faced in the AFC behind only the Ravens.

Why would that be your fear? The Bengals already have a top offense. I would be more concerned if they brought in a coach that has a good defensive background.

The Bengals had a GREAT offense. I don’t see Ben Johnson being an answer to something that doesn’t need fixing. On top of that, the Bengals ownership kept Marvin Lewis for years when he would miss the playoffs quite often. They aren’t going to fire a guy that was just in the Super Bowl a few years ago and won his last 5 games.

The Patriots should really try to lure a Ben Johnson to work with their pretty darn good, young QB. I hope they hire Vrabel and not an offensive minded guy.

It’s nice to see Trubisky look decent. I’m sure a week of practice as the starter helped tremendously.
