You can improve your arm strength a lot easier than you can improve Field vision, situational awareness, film study and timing. Fromm is a gamer and his whole life is football. Fromm definitely has some work to do but I could easily see him being the best QB from this draft in a few years.

If Daboll is calling the right plays but Allen is not hitting the open WR then it’s all on Allen. I thought Daboll did about what was expected with the talent that he was working with last year. I am expecting 20 PPG at the very least with the talent that we have right now.

Ford was a rookie last year and made huge strides. If Ford can lose a little weight, work on his footwork and better understand the playbook he could be the best OT on the team next year. I don't see Ford regressing, I see him being a force next season.

The only team the Dolphins should be above is the Jaguars. This will be Flores first year where he has some roster turnover and the players will have a lot better understanding of the system he will be implementing on offense and defense. Regardless of player effort that Miami roster is needs a talent infusion.

Very nice write up, i pretty much agree with everything you posted. I do think that whenever a DB is drafted that you need to include Frazier name in the conversation. McD and Frazier obviously work very well together which is a huge benefit to our defense as a whole. Frazier is a amazing DC, the rookies and newly signed players improve so much due to our great coaching duo of McD and Frazier. Frazier is a huge reason our secondary has grown into what it presently is right now. It's a great time to be a Bills fan.

The Patriots are not going to just fade away without Brady. I see the Jets and NE as the teams that we will be fighting with for the division. It is very hard to draft top 10 talent and Miami got rid of a ton of very good players. I don't know how you can say Flores will be a good coach, he was basically a scout for the Patriots. He was never given the title of DC when Matt P left, I know Belicheat was calling that defense. Flores is a complete question mark, it appears that he has very little to zero play calling experience. If the Bills signed a HC with that resume I would be pissed off. I will make judgment on Flores after his first year of coaching but I don't see this lasting more than 3 years tops. The Bills, Jets and NE have such a talent and coaching advantage, I just don't see Miami having a chance.

Smith is the only legitimate blocking TE on the roster. He needs to clean up his penaltys but he does fill a need on this roster. Knox is most likely the starter with Kroft. Sweeney has potential to develop into a solid all purpose TE. I think it's crystal clear that Croom is only on the TE depth chart because he's dating the owners daughter. He can't block, he runs horrid routes, he cannot get open, he has horrid situational awareness.

Miami is in for such a crappy ride. I'm guessing they go through at least 3 HC's before they can get the talent level back to a competitive level.

I agree, the only team in tier 1 is KC. We almost beat the Ravens and I don't think we are a tier 1 team just yet. Both the Bills and Ravens could be tier 1 but it all depends on both QB's improving their passing games.

Bottom 10 to top 10 in 2 years basically shows what Beanie is capable of. He is going to go down as best GM in Bills history if he keeps this up.

Colts had a monster draft, they are my number 1 right now. The Bills are definitely in the top 5 though.

His film study is also very impressive, my initial reaction to this pick was totally wrong. After 6 hours of reading and watching I think this guy is going to be a nice addition to this defense. Nice job Beanie.

After watching a little more game film on him I can see now why the Bills drafted him. His pass rush arsenal is amazing, he has very long arms and huge hands to either swipe the OT's hands away from him or gain the advantage with hand placement. He should refine his skills and get even stronger in a NFL training regimen. I can now see how this guy could be a elite inside DT on passing downs and a good DE in short yardage. He could become a very versatile DT/DE, if he ran a 4.85 he would've easily been a top 5 pick. If this guy can learn to time the snap and get off the LOS like Meatball he could be something very special. I still have my doubts but I feel a lot better about this pick after watching just a few games. I'm guessing the more I watch the more I will like this pick.

Love his pass rush moves, counters and long arms. Dislike his burst and game speed, seems more like a 3-4 DE.

He’s had a different O-Line coach every season. He needs to add strength but he has that Jason Peters athletic ability. He is sliding because he is raw but definitely Is worth the risk.
