Miami Dolphins cleared for full stadium capacity
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to Big C's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Miami has crowd noise piped in with 70,000, it wont matter. -

Lol, that flow chart looks identical to our Nicor Gas protocol. -
Stephon Gimore tests positive for Covid

If there is one team who will by pass NFL protocol on Covid 19 procedures it will be the Patriots. To be honest they have nothing to be worried about, everything that they do is just a slap on the wrist anyway. -
McDermott: Cody Ford will remain at Guard
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought he looked below average vs Donald and nothing really stood out to me watching replays of the Raiders game. I like Ford and I guess he might need a little time to get used to playing LG. Time will tell, I guess. -
The packers really blew it selecting Love
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I could see drafting Love if the Packers had very few needs in the draft and a complete set of offensive weapons. With the talent at WR in the first 3 rds I cannot believe that the Packers picked a QB. I thought it was an all around stupid move when the offense had so many needs and you already have a top 3 QB already on the roster. You run the risk of your franchise QB demanding or forcing a trade, I actually thought Rodgers was going to demand a trade it felt that bad. After watching all the rookie WR's making plays and helping offenses I think it is even dumber now. -
I have been watching Diggs for years and always over draft him in FFL because I knew that he was an elite WR. Having Diggs out there and watching the coverage shift to him and watching guys running wide open is fun to watch. That one elite WR can mean so much to opening up an offense, also add in Allen developing at an incredible rate and you have what we are enjoying right now. Watching Allen in his rookie season you knew he was going to be a good QB but I knew after the Texans game that he would take that next step into elite. Looking back at his career he has developed so fast that it feels like he skipped a year of really good football and went right to elite level play.

Even though we lost that playoff game to the Texans Allen made some very nice throws in that game. I was just thinking in my head that if we can get a elite WR and get lucky with a finding a WR with some size in the draft that we could transform the offense into a top 10 unit. During the season when the trade rumors surfaced with Diggs I was hoping that we made a move for him and we did. Then in the draft we hit on a big middle rd WR in Gabe Davis, I was thinking all offseason its all on Allen now to make this machine run. So for me it was the Texans game.

The jets are a laughing stock on Fox sports

I still think Watson has some kinks to work out but I would rather have the young QB with upside than a 1st rd pick. Daboll could help that team in so many ways. He stunted the growth of that Houston offense and set them back at least 2 years. I wouldn't be surprised if O'Brien was kicked out of Texas. -

I agree, if Daboll does want a HC job the Texans are a team he could do quick turn around with. I still think the hardest part is finding that franchise QB, which the Texans already have. A stud WR and RB and that team could be turned around in one season. Plus if Daboll goes to the Texans I could still cheer for him. -
BH13's 2020 Q1 QB Rankings

My uncle lives in Houston, we took him to a Bills game a few years ago and he was amazed by the Bills fans. We got into the stadium early and just watched the sea of Red, White, and Blue humanity just move towards the stadium as far as your eyes can see. He said most of Texas are Coyboys fans but in Houston and the surrounding areas they are pretty hardcore. -

Yea Watson does look like he has checked out this year. So true that those fans would've ripped O'Brien a new one. The chemistry between a QB's number 1 is a valuable thing and sometimes takes years to reach. I am amazed with how fast Allen and Diggs have done it, goes to show that hard work does pay off. Texans are a great fan base, outside of Buffalo and Green Bay they are right up there in the top 5. -

Allen gets his elite target in Diggs and the offense takes off. Watson looses his elite target and the offense takes a dump. There is a difference in what a elite playmaker can do, It happens in every level of play even down to flag football. When a WR is torching us we have to roll coverage to him which opens up other players and the running game. You remove that elite player and the defense can now dictate to the offense. I still see it when I watch High School football all the way to the pro's, its something that will never change. How O'Brien even got a HC job is unreal to me, he set that Houston team back at least 2 or 3 years. -

Feliciano is a junk yard dog, Ford plays like a kitty cat. I will be surprised if Ford gets even 3 pancakes for the whole season. Watch the running attack get better just from having Feliciano back in the lineup. -

He has a long way to go, he is such a big human being but doesn't appear to seek and destroy. He doesn't get a lot of push in the running game either and is kind of slow exploding out of his stance. He definitely looks like a RT playing guard. -
O'Brian was so bad that it almost feels like he was paid to dismantle that team as like a sleeper agent. You need the president of your team to keep you safe from guys like Gase and O'Brian. Beanie does a great job with drafting players but he also seems to have the unique talent of getting a good read on a person and their passion for the game. I used to be more tuned into this but I don't have as much time to watch college football or research other teams. Hopefully Daboll has already talked to Beanie on what he wants to do after this season and the Bills can get a head start on evaluating OC's.
