I would hate to see Frazier leave, he is a good DC, his play calling can sometimes be head scratching but that is his only real weakness. I think where he excels is in practice, his ability to develop the Secondary, LB's and to some extent DL. What he is teaching these young players and even FA pickups is sinking in and sticking. We are beginning to get a reputation of when you come to Buffalo you will improve as a player and a person. That is a big credit to our coaching staff, I believe that great HC's are very good at delegating tasks to their OC's and DC's and trusting in them to complete the tasks. Frazier and Daboll make McD's job so much easier, we are lucky to have this current coaching staff and I hope they stay together because the future of this team is blinding bright.

Singletary has the Napoleon complex, it has nothing to due with him being a good blocker. People with this complex can multiply their strength at a factor of x10. I will use this in Hulk terms so it's easy to understand, Grey Hulk is Singletary in his normal state lifting about 70 tons. Savage Hulk is pre Napoleon at around 90 tons and Professer Hulk is Singletary in full Napoleon mode, he can basically block Ted Washington in this mode.

I get the feeling that Knox will make a decent improvement next year and keep getting better. He has the body type and athletic ability to improve as a blocker and become a good TE.

Feliciano and Williams are must sign, we have spent money on dud O-lineman in the past, now we need to spend money on guys that we know are good players. These are the 2 guys that you want to protect your 40mil a year QB.

Like I said I’ve never watched any female sports except golf and maybe tennis but that only because I was rooting for the Pegulas daughter. I guess I just assumed that all of the coaches were female but I honestly didn’t know. I’m not sure what you are trying to say because I didn’t say anything about anybody’s accomplishments being relegated to a lesser status.

I guess the NFL could say if you hire a female HC you get three 1st rd picks.

To be honest I don’t even know if men coach female sports. I only watch the LPGA and that is because of the outfits.

I like Frazier but I don’t think he will succeed as a HC. He definitely seems like one of those coordinators that try being a HC then go back to their previous job in 3 years.

Chase Young is going to make a run at Bruce Smiths sack record when it’s all said and done. Chase Young is the easy choice, he’s only 21 years old and will be so fun to watch in the coming years. Young is the type of DE that only comes out once every 50 years.

I believe after 3 you are at elevated risk to future concussions. It also depends on the severity of the concussion. I’ve had a minor one from someone’s knee hitting me in the head in flag football. I couldn’t Remember simple names that I should know and the brain fog is scary as hell. I didn’t feel back to normal for at least 2 weeks.

I’ve been hard on Tre this year but maybe he is working his way back into form from his injury’s. Tre had a very good game vs the Steelers, we are getting hot at the perfect time.

I’ve said this before, the TE position takes longer to develop than any other position for some reason. I’m guessing they need to know it all, blocking assignments, route running, play book and probably a few more things. My take on Knox is that I feel like he will improve all parts of his game and will be a good TE. He is a average blocker but has elite athletic ability. I see him becoming a solid to good TE next year.

If you put that 90's Bills team in todays NFL Kelly would've thrown for 38 TD's every year. Andre Reed in todays NFL would've been unstoppable, I think Reed got mauled on his routes without any flags being thrown. In todays NFL Reed would be just a freaking monster. Hopefully Josh can dominate his era like the 90 Bills did, Josh is on his way to being one of the best all around QB's in the NFL. With continued good drafting and the dodging of key injuries we should have a least 2 or 3 Super Bowls from 2020 to 2030.
