The good thing is not a lot of teams have two safties like the Jets have. Those guys were all over the place. Upon watching the game a second time you can easily see the game plan was to overload the LOS to stop the run and bring pressure. Both CB's were on a island and the safties were absolutely amazing. They knew Taylor would not take chances throwing into tight windows and completely blew the wheels off the Bills offensive game plan. Other teams will no doubt try and do the same thing but in my opinion you would need two solid CB's and most importantly two safties like the Jets have. It was really like watching a defense that had two Ed Reeds. In the NFL where the rules are shifted to help the offense score points you cannot rely on your defense every week. We will be playing some high powered offenses in the next 4 weeks and Taylor will have no choice but to trust his arm and throw into tight windows. The only other team that has the players and coaching to pull off what the Jets did to us defensively is the Patriots but I don't think they are as talented as the Jets.

They had 5 guys sometimes more up on the LOS, that right there means we are going to stop the run and make your QB beat us. Taylor needed to call out the defense and audible to a play that would be advantageous to the offense. The O-Line did have a bad day but that was compounded by Taylor. You watch the top 15 QB's in the NFL and the defense shows that many players at the LOS and the QB 10 out of 10 times calls it out and changes the play. The Jets had us singled up on the outside, guys were open but they were tight windows but they were open. Taylor doesn't trust his throwing ability to make those kind of throws. The Jets look like they have found Troy Polamlu and Ed Reed in one draft, CB's were playing man but those safties were all over the place last night. The Jets played everyone up at the LOS and their safties controlled the game. They triple dared Taylor to beat them and the gamble worked.

My only other question would be with 6 mins left and the game way out of reach why not bring in Peterman to get some experience. 1. Why risk getting Taylor injured in a blow out. 2. Valuable experience for Peterman.

Thats why I said get ready for the big rip. These next 4 teams can generate offense, Taylor will have no choice but to throw the ball into tight window's. I also don't see Benjamin getting a lot of looks from Taylor, he is a big WR that isn't a burner who catches a lot of contested balls. Those are passes Cam would throw but Taylor will not, I would say he gets 4 to 6 targets.

Those two young safties the Jets have are the real deal, and their CB's are solid. The Jets have the makings of a top 5 defense and Taylor didn't challenge them once. Super safe throws even when we were down big. We will need offense to win these next few games, everybody get ready for the big rip.

If we had Aaron Rodgers I could Relax after a game like this. But since we don't and we have Brady, Bree's and Rivers.

Taylor is a big part of it, he doesn't audible and his ability to read a defense is a joke. I will stick with my statement of Taylor will never win us a playoff game. We have been a bottom 10 team in passing yards for a long time, we need a new QB. 43 passes to WR's is not going to work. Benjamin has to be saying to himself why would you trade me to the worst passing team in the NFL, I want to get paid but won't have the stats to show it.

Another 3 and out and another Jets TD and Peterman should get some 4th qtr snaps.

Well let's at least see how Taylor responds.

Brady and Jim would call out the blitz and audible to a different play, Taylor cannot do this for some reason.
