Yeah I mean I dont blame Gabe. Definitely dont hate the dude. Seemed like a good teammate and guy. He just wasnt worth that contract nor is he a good #2. I think it's better he left but Beane not replacing him is the issue. Samual should be doing better than he is though. He has produced on crap teams with crap QBs. I put that on the OC. He did. There was video of it on twitter. Fans were trash talking him. On one hand, I don't blame him. On the other he should be more professional. But he's only human just like everyone else. Sometimes we all lose our cool. Wasn't a big deal IMO. If fans can't take it then they shouldn't be dishing it out either.

The Bears were a top 5 defense in 2021 and top 10-15 in 2022. I dont know where that guy thinks they were a bottom 4 defense. It is definitely not 1 player that made that defense play better either.

Last week he was jawing at Lawrence and the teammates needed to split them up. Later, Lawrence threw him a 21 yard pass which Davis caught and then turned into a fumble.

Trade him for what? It'll be going on two years not playing.

Im not going to debate any whose fault is this type stuff. I will say that I think Josh was off in this game. I think a lot of that has to do with everyone else too though. Nobody is helping the guy out. Not the receivers, not the line being fooled by simulated pressures and stuff (dating back to Ravens game,) not even the OC. Even still, I expect him to play better. Josh's biggest weakness to me is that he doesn't know how to settle down. He gets that clock in his head and it sticks with him the whole game. If he would just slow down a tick I think he would be fine. Even the greats struggle with this sometimes. Rodgers struggles with it now that he is practically a statue. Mahomes and Burrow are great at this. Even they falter once in a while. Its that part of the game that I think those two QBs are better than Allen at. To me, its the OC's job to get this back on track and keep it there. Its his job to have answers for this type of stuff during games and between games. It's his job to give Allen plays where he can settle down and get comfortable with. He isn't doing a good job of it IMO. Cosell points this out pretty well and more. That guy watches a lot of Bills film and he knows what he is talking about.

I dont think that Brady has been using him well. The guy isnt great or anything but has gotten 600-800 yard seasons with bad QBs so its not like Josh cant get him the ball. Brady seems to want to use him behind the LoS and doesnt seem to have all that much creativity in getting people open. Past rub routes I havent seen much. Especially in the intermediate areas of the field which is where we need to attack to get our underneath stuff working again. Teams are just taking that stuff away.

Ty can handle the offensive load. He is not as good as Cook can be, but he can make plays. Shakir is what we need to get back ASAP. He is Josh goto receiver and our offense is crap without him. Good to see Taron working back in. Cam Lewis has been our biggest defensive disaster even though everyone wants to blame Hamlin. Also good to see Rap back. I like Bishop but he was terrible.

I heard that too. The owners statement was pretty much an indication that when they got Rodgers they intended for 2 years of competitive play and basically said they are in win now mode so is doing what he feels is necessary to get there. The timing of it is because he knows they has to beat the Bills. Rodgers is already banged up again this year with a knee injury and ankle injury. He said that he is in a battle with father time.

The third down conversion rate is bad because we are predictable and bad on first down and not so good on second down. Then they expect Josh to be Superman with bad receivers. All they need to do is man up and bring pressure. Game over.

my thoughts are that while we may not have the greatest talent, we do have talent that isn’t being used. Knox has produced in the past.

I dont think he really has Coleman. I initially thought so too with a cut off camera. He looks like he about to be lined up and blasted at point of catch though. It does not take a DB long to get there and he only couple yards away. Kincaid for sure though. The pass should have went there. Dunno why it didn't.
