  1. That kick was already a low shank. Doesnt matter if he got his hands on it. Not sure if this has been posted but sounds like if Bass has another rough game and they find a replacement they like, then he's gone. I doubt they find anybody thats actually better but whatever.
  2. I was just going to post this lol. This guy sounds like a kid reading his first report in front of the class.
  3. Its been declining for me for a long time now. I used to watch every game that I could. Now I watch Bills games and maybe some games that affect the Bills playoff stuff. Thats about it. Between all the bogus flags or one sided refs and another decade of a singular team being the super bowl hero's, it gets old.
  4. Plus cant complain that you want dogs and then complain when we have dogs.
  5. As he should be. Its not hard to put a package of plays together for him.
  6. but but how will the roof hold up in the snow?!!??!?!
  7. That was with Daboll and they came in, in training camp not mid season. Im not saying they wont get him involved even week one. Im just saying that he didnt sound upbeat about it in his presser. That is all. Its not about guesses or feelsies. Its about how he acted and what he actually said. I dont care what they acquired the player for. What difference does it make what kind of trade it is. Its about can they actually get him in the offense and use him. Its about how he acted on the presser. They couldnt figure out how to use Hines at all. They couldnt figure out and still cant seem to figure out how to use two very good TEs to their potential. Yes, obviously Cooper is better than Samuel and MVS. Samuel is a guy that regularly got 600-800 yards per season with bad QBs. We are 2 games shy of mid season and the guy has 92 yards. 44 of those yards are from 3 passes. He now has an Elite QB and they can't find a way to even get him his normal season totals. Thats my point.
  8. We'll see what he can do and how we can fit him in is the gist of what McD actually said though. That + past experience with them not figuring out how to use guys. Example Hines. Example Samuel. Example MVS. I know none of these are elite players but they are all players that have produced elsewhere but havent been able to do a damn thing here. Two of them with a better QB. We cant even use our own TEs. Knox has been here for years and is on his second contract. Kincaid is on his second year. Coaches work new players into offenses all the time. Its not hard for a coach to make a package of plays for a new player and get him involved. Is he going to be an every down player that knows are stuff week 1? Of course not, but he could easily be taught a little verbage and a handful of plays to get him on field same week. This guy is a 10 year vet. There isnt a playbook he hasnt seen. If it is then tell me McD sounded excited to have him. You can't because he didn't. Tell me what McD actually said because i paraphrased what he said. So now how is my argument silly or wrong? I been a Bills fan for over 40 years and havent missed a game. You go be a Jets fan.
  9. Ok yeah, when I watched the video McD sounds really excited about having him and plans to work him in right away. No, thats not what the interview sounded like at all. I don't care what they actually do. What was asked was what was actually said. What McD basically said in a really drab way was that we'll see if what he can do and how we can work him in. So all you guys giving me checkmarks and thumbs down. You are wrong. Meanwhile in Jets land... I appreciate that McD is generally drab and always about the 1/11. I wasn't asked for me to make up something about an interview. I was asked for cliff notes. No one can tell me after watching that interview that McD sounded excited about getting Cooper. They can't even tell me that he will play this week. So what I said was not wrong.
  10. I mean, he is the head coach. Its partly his fault if they can't get someone worked into the game that they went out and traded for.
  11. Because they have a track record of not knowing what to do with players or how to fit them into the offense. Also for good laughs... NSFW
  12. My cliff notes would be that he doesnt sound interested in us getting Cooper and it sounds like the same thing as the last few years in that they wont even know how to use the player or work him into the offense.
  13. Cakewalk. This is gonna be the feel good game where we cruise the 4th quarter.
  14. People can finally eat now. They were starving.
  15. Maybe now they can run a proper run route instead of running into each other and mucking up an entire half field read.
  16. First, you don’t know that Cooper won’t be here. Second, we have plenty of picks we can draft another receiver with.
  17. Cant keep wasting seasons with Josh Allen hoping to have a flyer WR in the draft turn out to be good. We should still draft them but the team needs a competent receiver on the team in the meantime.
  18. Josh actually does that kind of stuff. It could very well happen.
  19. He isnt necessarily a one year rental. What if he fits well and also likes it here. Bills could give him a 2-3 year contract.
  20. Our WR room just quietly got better. My only question is can Cooper learn to do warmups bare foot.
  21. Well they wont be. "This is like saying we need to get Samuel off the team tomorrow, I never want to see him on the football field again... while the only guy out there is Kelvin Benjamine." I knew early last season that Bass was shot. This is on Beane for not addressing it at the time it should be addressed. In the off season. Not now when there is no one out there to be had. You being emotional is not going to change the fact that you dont take a 7 mil dead cap hit, when you have no cap space to begin with, just for a side grade at best.
  22. Just the way McD likes it... sneaking out a win against a bad team.
