There has been so much hype around this new stadium. Everyone is excited. We arent going to get a home playoff game in the last year of Highmark. Unless maybe some funky stuff happens and we get the Chiefs. Then we go into the new stadium in a new year and we crap the bed again? What a disaster that would be.

Well TBH, I don't have ABC either and antennas have not worked in my house. I've tried two of them. Everytime I have looked at a MNF game it said it was on ESPN. For the Bills game I did a trial of some streaming service this year lol. Appreciate you though, bro.

Panthers turnaround is pretty crazy. They went from possibly the worst team in the league to possible playoff contenders. Unfortunately I dont have cable and I am not paying the overpriced ESPN streaming fees so I can't watch this game. I hate that MNF moved to ESPN.

Yeah and some people thought Houston only had the #1 Defense because of their schedule. How did that work out? It's time to admit the Pats are good. Maybe not SB good yet, but most definitely playoff good. They also, unlike the Steelers, have a legit QB.

We have to actually make the playoffs first. Not saying we won't but we are in must win territory every week as we are the last WC seed right now with 3 other teams within a game of us. One of them holds the tie breaker on us. Another we hold a tie breaker on. The other we play this week. There is no room for error just to make it. Of course their O didn't scare you. That was his point. You played against 50 year old Flacco and no Chase.

I'm not saying they should try to lose. I'm just thinking from a future perspective that it's probably better if they do. This team is devoid a talent and bloated with bad contracts. It needs a reset. Be realistic. This team is not winning a superbowl this year. If every player was 100% healthy, it still wouldn't win a superbowl this year. At best this team will win a wildcard game. At worst, they just miss the playoffs and still draft at the bottom of the draft.

I said last week that we were pretty much in must win territory. Now we are in must win territory. Honestly, I can't see this team making it past the divisional round anyways. There are some WC games we probably wouldn't get past depending on how things played out. I almost want to say we are in must lose territory now for better draft picks and a purge reset. Beane will probably still be here though so... As for the game itself... Pitts is physical. Not quite like last week but physical. This is the type of game that I could go in expecting to lose because of it. At the same time, those tend to be the type of games we turn around in at least for that week.

I'll go with yes but probably as the last or second last WC spot. Might even have to look for help from somebody to make it. What a shame that the last season of Highmark Stadium won't get a playoff game.

Thats data over 10 season avg. It likely changes overtime as the NFL cycles, but you wont see a change in the data for years. For instance, 5 years from now WR might move up the list or maybe Edge moves up the list. I doubt that list is the same 10 years from now.

There is no point firing him at this point. Who is taking his place? There is no one noteworthy left to promote from within. They aren't bringing Daboll back no matter how much you want it because there is too much animosity there. It's better at this point to just do it at the end of the season. Besides, now there will be no excuse as to why they didn't look outside, like saying "oh he did a really job the last few weeks of the season lets give him a chance at a full season" type crap.

Josh later said that was because the playcall came in late. He said we should have banged a timeout there. Two thoughts on that... 1. Is Josh not capable of calling a timeout on his own? 2. Was the play late because McD was taking too long to decide on whether to go for it or not, or was Brady just lost on what to do? Another possibility, McD was giving his input. I say that because I often see him hold a card up over his mic and talk while the offense is on the field. Im not saying he is calling the plays, but I dont recall ever seeing a HC micromanage so much before and I have seen it in other games too.

To be fair, Houston is one of those defenses that just doesnt have much weakness. Their ends are some of the best in the league. Their corner duo is some of the best in the league. Their linebackers are really good. Their slot corner who also plays safety is really good. But yes, we don't do well against physical defense. Never have. That was a flawed Miami team. The pats aren't dumping enough games for us to win the division, even if we win out. The pats might not be elite but they are very good and they aren't a gimmick like Miami.

I think Romo is missing the obvious. After a long 5 minute drive, the Colts defense is probably gassed.

and its not even really because the play itself is a bad play. Other teams like KC run similar stuff all the time. Its that the other team always sees it coming and we dont get the blocking right sometimes too. Also there have been some games where they try and run it way too much. Its almost like the Bills have like 4 play concepts in their book.

Stevie Johnson and a couple other guys take. Its about 40 mins long though.

Oh yeah against the NFC who has some top end teams I agree. I was thinking of just the AFC as a whole.

OK I will give one more that I just thought of... That one play where Allen passed the ball to Palmer and then he pitched it to Shakir in a gotta have it play was a thing of freaking beauty. I think its like the only creative thing I have seen Brady do. He was probably trying to save that for the playoffs.

This. Our roster is mid to bottom barrel with the exception of Josh, Cook, Bishop, Kincaid. We have a good oline but frankly I think its overrated. We have 2 stars on the team in total. Josh and Cook.
