  1. Probably. Pretty sure Pegula wanted and open air stadium. Still... its not "Buffalo DNA." It's people with the power making choices. There are tons of people that would rather have a dome.
  2. Every year is a new year. Allen and the Bills are the only team to beat Mahomes in Arrowhead twice. These type of stats doesnt really mean much. This is why they still play the games. Anything can happen. Done. Sort of. Couldnt figure out how to do strikethrough in the title.
  3. Ralph Wilson wanted a dome. Almost moved the team to Seattle because of it before settling on the stadium in Orchard Park. You said Buffalo was never going to build a dome but plans were initially in place to and the way you posted is acting as if no one wanted a dome. They couldnt get the funding. Same as now. They wouldnt get the funding. Has nothing to do with "Buffalo DNA"
  4. The original stadium was supposed to be a dome lol
  5. Reasonable but I would say the best QB doesnt always win. If they did then Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady would have faced off in the superbowl many times. There are "best QBs in the league" that have never won a superbowl. Probably some that never even gotten there. Winning a SB takes a team and some luck. The best team isnt likely much better if at all then the second best team. Just like the Bills and Chiefs. They are so close they are just the best period. If they played the same game x amount of times it would likely even out at some point around 50/50.
  6. Maybe I will get ambitious later today or tomorrow and actually look up Mahomes stats over the same time period though. Im actually curious. Just dont know if I have time today. What I will say from my own opinion... I do think Josh is slightly better but it doesnt matter. These are the two best QBs in the league right now and its so close that its not worth measuring who is better. If one of these teams was in the NFC then I think we would see Chiefs/Bills superbowl like 8 out of 10 years or something.
  7. One of these years you might be right. I actually think your team is getting pretty good. QB is still a question so it isnt going to be this year.
  8. Because the defensive playcall was fine. The exection was poor by Johnson missing a tackle when he had the receiver dead to rights at the 35 yardline in the open field. That was at 7 seconds. He makes the tackle there and Mahomes has like 6 seconds left and no time outs to get to where they got from the 35 yardline. Instead the tackle was missed and the receiver got to the 48 yardline and out of bounds. Guys want to blame every bad play on a coach.
  9. It will piss you off even more to know they seen it then. You can see the ref in the back put his arms out to brace himself for impact and start backpeddling. No way he didnt see it.
  10. Nobody is giving a first for Jones lol.
  11. He wasnt because he was suspended but the suspension is over so he would have. The cut is not surprising.
  12. 1) Josh Allen > Patrick Mahomes This has become a real thing over Allen's past dozen football games, including the playoffs. The pendulum swung in this direction in the middle of last December, with No. 17 carrying the Bills on his back. Allen since Week 15 of last season: 10-2 QB record, 34:8 TD-to-INT ratio, 105.7 passer rating; 6.3 yards per carry, 51.9 rushing yards per game, four rushing touchdowns. Don't get me wrong: I love Mahomes. Good luck finding a quarterback with a more impressive résumé through his first four years as an NFL starter. Shoot, the league could've renamed the AFC Championship Game as The Patrick Mahomes Invitational. Good thing they didn't, though -- because there's a new conference sheriff in town. Allen began this season as the MVP favorite. He's only furthered the cause since. His latest feat of MVP strength: Storming Arrowhead Stadium, outdueling Mahomes and giving the Bills (5-1) a major leg up in the race for the coveted No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Buffalo trailed 20-17 in hostile territory with just under six minutes remaining on Sunday. Then Allen led the Bills on a 12-play, 76-yard scoring drive, spectacularly hurdling a would-be tackler for a first down before delivering a precision laser to Dawson Knox for the go-ahead touchdown. Mahomes' response? A game-sealing pickon the second snap of Kansas City's ensuing possession, dropping the Chiefs to 4-2. Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the NFL. The numbers support it. The eye test confirms it. And we'll all be able to enjoy the show into February, with Allen leading to the Bills to their first Super Bowl in nearly three decades. https://www.nfl.com/news/early-truths-of-the-2022-nfl-season-josh-allen-is-better-than-patrick-mahomes-to
  13. Yeah I am a McK fan but I think Shakir has earned more reps. I wish they would bring back the jet sweeps and fake jet sweeps with McK though. Sal commented on this play as did Josh and McD I think. The play was a screen to the other side of the field. McK was not expecting the ball. McK should have done better but thats what happened.
  14. Oh jesus they are never going to luck into Brady again. You are either the biggest troll on these forums or dumb as a box of rocks.
  15. Hopefully Knox will just in case need cover but not actually need it for the rest of the season.
  16. You're right I looked at the top for his last season because it was 2019 I seen his yardage. Thats all Im saying is Lamar is not an elite passer. So we agree. I dont think he ever wins a super bowl because of it. Thats probably what we disagree on.
  17. Sorry, I am not sitting in my living room yelling fire McD, fire Frazier, the team sucks and will never beat KC, game is over (during the first quarter and every drive we dont score or something.) Sure I may yell at individual plays that dont go well but the GDT is over the top with hot takes. People act like the game is over in the first quarter and all they do is B word, call for people to be fired, and act like our team is dog *****. Some of those people completely disappear and say absolutely nothing when we score or march down the field. Then they show up again for more bad plays. I dont do any of that in my living room.
  18. I mean the guy had him in the open field. Dont know which player it was but they werent making a field goal from there. Either KC used their last timeout or the clock expired. Either way the clock expires on the next play. The play was there. Our defender got juked out of his shoes. Our defender was in position to make the tackle at the 35 with 7 seconds on the clock, short of the first down, and with KC only having one time out left. Instead the defender got his ankles broken, the receiver got to the 48 and went out of bounds. No it wasnt prevent defense either. It was the same two high safety look they played most of the game. 3 man rush with Milano on spy duty.
  19. Right. It means bashing the Bills for every bad play. Disappearing when the Bills are doing good things. Calling the game over in the first quarter. Wanting McD and Frazier fired by halftime. Then vanishing when the Bills win.
  20. So an int is not as egregious as a dropped pass ok lol. As far as the fumble, McK wasnt expecting the ball because the play was a screen to the other side of the field. Whats impressive was your talk all week sucking Mahomes balls and claiming Josh is not on his level and could never beat the Chiefs.
  21. All teams leave points out there. The Bills and KC are the two best teams in the league. This was never going to be a blowout. No it wasnt. It was a result of a missed tackle in the open field resulting in at least 10 extra yards of offense as well as a free clock stoppage out of bounds.
