  1. I just think Jackson is crazy. The Ravens offered him the right contract. He just wanted to be fully guaranteed like Watson. I dont think he is worth that and I think the team is stupid if they pay that. I also thought the Murray contract was stupid. As for Dak... I think that was fine. I think they were stupid for paying Zeke instead at first.
  2. Maybe. Miamis offense is legit though. Their defense while not on our's or the Jets level is not terrible.
  3. Agree. If they had a good QB, I would be more worried about them than the Dolphins.
  4. I wouldnt even put Stafford there anymore. I think he's done.
  5. So we have Giants sources and Jerry world sources pretty much saying he aint going to be ready to play this season. Nothing from Bills sources. Weird. Yes it is. Luckily for me my brain is broken so I only half remember haha. I do remember thinking Drew Bledsoe was going to be amazing and lead us to victory again though =(
  6. Yeah you guys are right. My brain doesnt work so well anymore. I just remember the drop. Also remember needing to beat Pitts backups and didnt. Put the two together. In any case... I still care about drops because they still cost games. He has too many. Needs to get better. Couple that with not much seperation. Josh needs help, that should be pretty clear regardless of the deep balls he has caught.
  7. I actually care. I cared when Stevie Johnson dropped that perfect pass in the endzone with no one around him that cost us a playoff birth. Yes, everyone has drops. Davis have too many and it costs drives which cost games too. I still like Davis but he needs to drop less.
  8. Its more than just that. Drops arent counted as drops unless they are pretty much on the money balls. If the receiver has to stretch for the ball or jump in the air for it, even if it hits both hands perfectly its not counted as a drop.
  9. I was always pro signing OBJ as long as he could make a playoff run this season. If he cant then I would rather just try and get better next season.
  10. Drop statistics are basically - its not counted as a drop if a receiver has to put any effort into catching the ball. By todays NFL standards that is far outdated. Receivers are expected to make half the catches that dont count as drops IMO.
  11. Thats just weird and unleadership like. I wouldnt want to play for that guy. Its one thing if thats just like his extra time watching film but sounds like not.
  12. That video of him practicing coming out of the tunnel is actually part of what made those articles seem feasible to me lol.
  13. Im not sure its exactly over confidence. Like I am sure its part of it but it sounds like and everything looks like by his actions that he wants his image to be the best. In his mind the best is Tom Brady so he wants to emulate that. Between the articles I have read and the way he has acted in some videos I seen, this stuff all lines up pretty well. But yes, his skill trait IMO is more so like a mahomes/allen where their best plays come from getting out of the pocket and making unscripted stuff happen. Seems pretty obvious he is too short to stand in the pocket and see the entire field.
  14. Which according to everything I have read is exactly what Wilson wanted and why he had a problem with Seattle. Even still the guy isnt even average. I dont care what "system" he is in. These are NFL routes. NFL concepts. I've seen UDFA's play better.
  15. Yeah everyone wants to blame Hackett and he is part of the problem but Wilson has been bad. That bad.
  16. I don’t think you guys over achieved at all. Your defense is young and damn good. Your running game is also very good. That can win a lot of games in the nfl. If you guys had a QB you would be scary good imo.
  17. Wasn’t a hard kick. A love tap as someone else said. That was no accident though. I wasnt looking for something to complain about either.
  18. Thats fair but I dont see how you can disagree with him getting worse as a passer though. Since his MVP year he has statistically mostly went down. Now obviously that was an otherworldly year but some stats have drastically gone down. His TD% is almost cut in half since then. His comp% has dropped 4%. His int percent has gone up. His rating has gone down every single year. Every year I have people tell me look... he's getting better. Sorry, but he isnt.
  19. We shall see. I dont think they ever get there with Lamar at QB.
  20. I agree with you sort of. Yes, teams need a good QB and Lamar is one of those. He is going to win a lot of games with his athleticism. The problem is that I dont believe he is ever going to get past both Josh and Mahomes or even Burrow to get to the show. If he did by chance have that amazing season where the stars aligned, I do believe he could compete with the NFC because they dont really have a Josh or a Mahomes. The only way Lamar is winning a SB is if he has stellar defense. Once they pay this guy they aint going to have stellar defense. They really dont even have stellar defense now IMO. Once he starts losing that athleticism then what? He isnt a good enough passer to compensate. Ive seen nothing in his 5 years in the league to show me thats going to improve. More and more teams are already containing him in the AFC too. They may have a good record this season but they havent beaten anybody other than Cinci. That was barely a win and I dont think Cinci had Chase at the time either. Win or lose they have struggle against most of their games this season. I dont see that changing. He isnt getting better as a passer. He is actually getting worse. He isnt going to get better as an athlete. Only thing they can do is get better on defense. Thats not going to happen after they pay him unless they get some steals in the draft.
  21. Sure. I dont hate Lamar or anything. He is fun to watch. I just dont think he is a good passer and I think because of that he will always fail in the playoffs. That is all. The guy is always going to need a strong defense to keep the score close because Lamar is not going to win in a shootout. Lol @GunnerBill I literally said I agree with most of what you said in your post. Yet you give me a disagree mark. Come on man lol.
  22. He also intentionally tried to excuse he poor play. Honestly it was pretty much the same play he always has. The difference is his receivers werent bailing him out as often. Even some of the throws he did make were the typical off target bailed out by receiver balls Yards dont mean jack if you keep the other team out of the endzone.
  23. They put up 21 points against the Bills practice squad I mean... I dont lol 😃
