  1. I believe it just compresses everything to give stability.
  2. I cant really explain it but I had an air cast when I was a teenager. Spiral fracture on my leg. It instantly relieved the pain.
  3. It doesnt say he is blaming Kirk. It says he is blaming Trump, which he 100% just did.
  4. NFL preview of this weeks game.
  5. I would even call the tipped TD at least in part skilled WR play. Sure, where the ball went after the tip was lucky but the catch itself was skill. I would submit that the punt that should have been downed at the 1 or 2 yardline was luck that his glove touched the endzone. Although I see no reason we still couldn't have won the game driving from the 1 yardline. We had plenty of time to waste and it was only 18 more yards. Plus I think he could have kicked the FG from further out if needed.
  6. Was waiting for your apearance. Glad you finally made it. Good game last week even if you did let a 90 year old corpse of Rodgers beat you.
  7. Can never hear the questions in these things. Is it really that hard in this day and age to mic the media? I turn on CC and it does an ok job but Id prefer to listen in the background instead of reading this.
  8. Ty should have had that ball. It was an uncharacteristic drop for him. Almost!
  9. Every week people here find a reason to have a "bad feeling about this game." They do but at least we got 1 weeks worth of tape of their new look offense and defense. We will be ok. Fields is no Lamar. I also don't think Pitts defense is the same standard as their defense of the past.
  10. I was shocked by how bad our LBers played. It was the one group I wasnt worried about. Yeah I noticed that during the game. Bernard was still turned towards other players making signals when the ball was snapped. It was smart coaching.
  11. Im not talking about odds. The Bills pulled the comeback for a few reasons. Coleman clutch TD catch off the tip ball. Allen is the best QB in football. Oliver with the clutch knockout and causing Henry fumble. Most of that just comes down to excellent football plays. For the Ravens to win the game with 10 seconds and no timeouts it would have to be a blessing from God. Barring a penalty, the Ravens would have 1 play to get in field goal range in 10 seconds and be fast enough to get to the line to spike the ball, assuming the refs even spot it in time. That is almost impossible. Even for Mahomes and the Chiefs. Even the 13 second game, they had and needed TOs. I know people want to make this a thing but it really isnt. The Bills had many options to counter Harbaugh not calling a TO or waiting till the clock ticked down.
  12. Not me. It would take some fluke. I know flukes happen but I still don't worry about them.
  13. If Harbaugh called his last timeout at 15 seconds then I just run the FG unit out there and then there is no fire drill. Im not worried about the Ravens scoring in roughly 10 seconds with no timeouts.
  14. I wouldn't say it was a bad pass from Josh. That ball was headed right for an open Shakir. Knox tipped it before it got there. We will never know if Shakir would have caught that pass or not.
  15. Ed Oliver was a beast this game. It might be his best game yet. I hope he plays like this all year.
  16. We only had 52 on the roster.
  17. Also signed Prater to the active roster
  18. I was the first on this board to bring up Bass having problems. Everyone rolled their eyes at me saying he's fine. I've been critical of him ever since. Thought he mostly redeemed himself last year. This is a tough situation or will be if Bass gets healthy after that 4 week window. Id rather see how Prater does in bad weather. Id rather see how his leg holds up over the course, but we aren't going to see that in the next 3 weeks. Potentially the weather thing. I'd rather not take a cap hit for a guy that may still be a good kicker when healthy for a guy that is probably on his last season. I'm certainly not going to judge a kicker based on week one just because he made a few easy field goals. He did hit a 52 yarder and IIRC they were all pretty much dead center though so it's a good start. We never know how an older player is going to hold up for an entire season though. Tough call. Glad I'm not the one that has to make it.
  19. It looked like the target was Shakir on that play to me. He would have been in position to catch it. Not sure if the DB would have made a play to knock the ball down though as he was closing IIRC. He's a Chiefs homer but he has been pro Bills for the last couple years. He doesn't think McD is a good enough coach though.
  20. Section 1 - FORWARD PASS ARTICLE 6. INELIGIBLE RECEIVERS All offensive players other than those identified in Article 5 above are ineligible to catch a legal or illegal forward pass thrown from behind the line of scrimmage, including: Players who are not on either end of their line or at least one yard behind it when the ball is snapped; Players who fail to notify the Referee of being eligible as required by Article 5; An eligible receiver who has been out of bounds prior to or during a pass, either by his own volition or by being legally forced out, even if he has reestablished himself inbounds with both feet or with any part of his body other than his hands; or A player who takes his stance as a T-Formation Quarterback unless, before the ball is snapped, he legally moves to a position at least one yard behind the line of scrimmage or on the end of the line and is stationary in that position for at least one second before the snap. https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/nfl-video-rulebook/ineligible-receiver/
  21. I don't believe they were playing soft though. I believe we just opened our playbook up and let Allen sling it. Something they didn't do earlier.
  22. Gabe Davis isn't running this tree. Nor does Davis have the hands if he did. Allen's passing chart. They didn't chart any other receiver besides Coleman. Compared to Lamar Lamar still like that middle of the field a lot. Coleman was getting an avg of 7.7 yards of cushion and averaged 3.7 yards of separation. That separation was good enough to be 13th in the league. Tyreek Hill was averaging 3.8. Flowers was getting 5.3 ugh.
  23. Thats how McDs defense used to work. They wouldnt let anything over the top. They would dictate to throw short and rally to the ball fast and make the tackle. They just dont seem to rally to the ball anymore and even when they do they miss tackles. Technically, they can shove them while the QB is scrambling outside of the pocket up until the qb throws the ball. I remember I think it was Richard Sherman shoved McKenzie to the ground in the endzone and this board, including me, was in an uproar about it for no flag but it turns out that was a legal play because the QB was scrambling outside the pocket at the time of the shove. I'm not saying thats what happened in this case as I don't know where Josh was at the time of this shove.
