It's one of those things you don't really want to play with at this point of the season. One bad fumble back there can be the difference between a win and advancement and sitting on the couch. Harty, even though he has been a poor returner, has had solid punt catching ability despite his fumble against the Chargers. Even though he has been poor at returning, his YPR is still close to avg at 9.1.

Back on the fence. I was on the fence before. I was fire him after Denver. I am back on the fence. I have always believed he is a good coach. Just not sure he is good enough to get us over the hump. I am still at he needs to at least get to the AFCCG though. Can't remain stagnant or keep moving backwards. At some point something has to give. This has probably been the easiest season ever to get to the superbowl in his tenure and the team has been dysfunctional all season. Regardless of how I feel, he is probably safe anyhow.

Some of this is also execution error. Diggs I think is injured. Dude has been a 50-60% snap count for the last 3 games. No chance that is scheme.

Not sure but I know there is no way scheme is the reason for diggs to only have 40-60% snap count. You don't purposely take your best guy off the field that much. I also don't think it has anything to do with "wanting out of Buffalo" or whatever crap like that. That leads me to believe he has an injury of some sort.

Imagine losing Lamar in a meaningless game. That would be a coaching disaster. McD would absolutely get killed if we had the 1 seed locked up and lost Allen for the playoffs in a meaningless game like that.

Injury risk in a practically meaningless game is bad coaching. Imagine losing Lamar in a game where you already have the 1 seed locked up. Then go into the playoffs with a backup QB. I'd want my coach fired for that.

Possible. Diggs has mostly been 80-90% all year until the KC game. KC he was 79%. Since then he has been 45, 60, and now 65%. I don't think its a scheme thing. There must be something nagging him from the KC or Dallas game.

You have to weigh that vs injury risk. Lamar gets hurt like every year. Their RBs and defense also get hurt like every year. It aint worth it. Thanks, I read it was the same crew from someone else. I didn't actually look.

Probably. They have no reason to play them. There is nothing for the Ravens to gain by winning this game. The 1 seed is locked for them. They may go preseason style where the starters play a few series just to keep them football acclimated but no shot they play the whole game.

This race is over. Next week is an afterthought. Voters probably already locked their votes in. While I don't think Lamar had an MVP worthy season, Allen had a bad game. Just wasn't good enough to convince anyone. Next week won't matter.
