Big time game this week between the Ravens and Bills. Initial thoughts on why this matchup may be a different result… - Milano, Bernard and Taron Johnson back for this matchup. Von Miller playing at a different level now. - Bills WILL run base defense this time. - WRs in a much better spot on offense. Shakir healthy, Samuel healthy, Cooper addition, Coleman development. - Run game is has an identity. - At Highmark this time. Last time was first tough road atmosphere of season and many of the new players on both sides of the ball. - Bills second time seeing Todd Monken’s offense. - Going to be COLD. #BillsMafia

The only chance the Texans have is if KC comes out rusty from not playing for 21 days and the Texans can take advantage and build up a big lead. I doubt they can take advantage though. They are so over rated.

Their defense has definitely improved over the year but have to deep dive their schedule to see if just the switch made a difference or their quality of opponent played into that. Its much like the vaunted Broncos D everyone talked about but left out that they got burned by elite offenses pretty consistently. I didnt deep dive them too much but I know in that time period they played the Browns, Steelers, Giants, Texans. Thats 4 of the 6 games. 3 of those teams are garbage on offense. Texans arent garbage on offense but over rated with their skill players mostly all sidelined.

I mean its not really ok. It seems ok because we blown the team out. If that happened in a tight game and we lose out on a TD over it, then it's not ok. So to me, its never ok. I know players are just having fun but... rules are rules and that type of thing can cost a win.

While I do think something that blatant and out in the open shouldn't be missed, you are right. People are human and things get missed. The ref going to Josh at the bench to scold him seems a little weird though. Can't say I have ever seen that happen in over 40 years of watching the NFL. I mean not long ago Mahomes was going ballistic because the Kelce lateral play got called back due to a correct call. I don't recall a ref going over to scold him.

When people say that Brady doesn't scheme anyone open... this is a case of Brady scheming someone open. Between the alignments and the motions, the defenders sometimes get confused on who they are supposed to cover. So when people say Brady doesn't scheme anyone open... they dont know what they are talking about.

I never want to hear this team doesn't prepare. The gameplan may not always work out but they always prepare.

This may seem counterintuitive for the Bills defense but the best way to stop the Ravens is to play well on 1st and 2nd down. Any time a team has stopped a Ravens drive its because they got them in a 3rd and long look. I have also seen a couple coaches that played the Ravens say that was key to stopping their offense, to not let them stay ahead of the chains. I disagree about Flowers but the rest I agree with.

Thats what Pittsburg tried to do. They tackled Henry without the ball and Lamar went 20 yards down the field lol. Gotta stop em both while still having coverage against some good weapons. They now have two tight ends that can play and two receivers if Zay is back. I absolutely do not think we get steamrolled. I think this game is going to be like our past KC games where it comes down to the wire and can go either way though. Samuel is also more healthy and playing better. He had 3 catches on 3 targets for 68 yards and a TD today!

I get that too but to me the pros do not outweigh the cons.
