Absolutely they did. Anyone telling you any different is lying to you. One of the Chiefs or Ravens could very likely miss the playoffs this season. Both are down and can't afford losses. Just like we actually couldn't afford the loss. It may not technically be a "must win" game but it's as close as any.

The fact is you can find reason for argument no matter what bias you would like to take. Our defense wasn't good enough. Our offense wasnt good enough. The Eagles defense was stacked and came in with a plan that worked. Our D shut them out in the 3rd quarter. We came away with 6 points. In the 4th quarter we turned the ball over twice on downs. 9 plays 24 yards over 4 minutes of time. Gave them the ball back. That wasn't the game ending drive even. It was the 4th quarter starting drive. It killed almost 1/3 of the clock to get 24 yards and give them the ball back at almost midfield. Then we traded touchdowns. Then they got a field goal. Then we had the ball with all the time in the world to win the game on one last drive and we got 17 yards with 1 first down. Was our D great? 100% no but it did well enough that our O had the ball with a chance to win the game and the fact is that it couldnt move the ball. I 100% put that game on the offense, just like I 100% put the 13 second game on the defense. Both sides have had a chance to close the game and neither could close.

Sigh. I don't know why people keep saying "50 yard bombs." Most people are just talking about having an intermediate game of anything from 10-20ish yards. Notice in the KC game they had some downfield explosive plays. Those weren't 50 yard bombs. It was however, what most people were talking about. Throwing balls behind the los to Shakir is only going to work so long. I'm surprised they got away with it as many times as they did against KC considering they do it about 5 times a game. The team needs to be able to turn it on when they are down. Twice they haven't been able to this year and its why we are in a division race that has a good chance of not breaking our way like it did last season. Pats are good and they have the softest schedule in the league. They aren't Miami that are going to lose their last 6 to give us the division back. The offense is good when we have a lead or within a score. Not so much when you are down multiple scores and lack time.

Put him as a safety and Tua can still chuck bombs to him all day as well.

They probably don't in the future, but right now those players cost peanuts because the team they got them from paid most of their money for the year already.

We had a few big plays against the Chiefs. Two of them went to Kincaid IIRC. Thats all we really need is to get a few big chunks per game.

Cook might have a tender ankle or sprain even. He got rolled early in the game.

I don't get why people get so upset over calling time outs. The defense couldnt hear the calls and didnt communicate because of the crowd noise. Thats why he called time out. I be mad that they still allowed a 3rd and 4th forever after it, but not because he called a damn timeout. Thats what they are there for. Can't take em with you.

I don't understand why you are so mad over a Bills win? I mean, if none of these games matter to you then just shut them off until the eventual super bowl. If we never get there, then you have saved a lot of time by not watching games you obviously don't care about and just seem to make you miserable.

I recall the broadcast also talking about KC allowing a receiver to go over 100+ yards against for the first time in forever too when Kincaid hit 101.
