  1. I been saying it since early last year when everyone rolled their eyes at me… Bass is toast. He is nowhere near good enough or reliable. They need to bring someone else in. Unacceptable for a team of this caliber to not have a reliable kicker. he is going to cost us… again.
  2. Nah I think he is better than that.
  3. I mean maybe if there is a team in that situation but it would be likely we’d only get a receiver on par or worse than what we already have and then we’d have the same problem just with a wr instead.
  4. yeah I think he shown he can play as a cheap second or third back. There are always teams looking for decent cheap options there and that’s exactly what he is. I was excited he flashed last week but looks like that was a fluke.
  5. Like who? I’m not saying he’s great. I’m just saying he’s shown enough. Always teams look for cheap running backs.
  6. down 8 there is no downside to go for 2. If you make it you tie the game. If you don’t make it then you still need to score again as you would if you just went for 1.
  7. I think he showed enough to get poached. If that happens it happens I guess. I like Gore but there’s no room really.
  8. We have a rb problem. Too many decent ones. I don’t wanna lose any of them lol.
  9. Definitely better than Trubisky. Makes quick decisions. Fires the ball.
  10. I thought and said this game would be dumpster fire buts been the most enjoyable watch this pre season. Wtf.
  11. Damn I like this Cain kid too.
  12. Ouch that was bad Dinucci. Can learn to not do that though.
  13. I know. Just preseason. Give me this kid over Tribuski all day. I like that he makes quick decision and just fires the ball.
  14. Ooof this game is going to be a dumpster fire. Im a sucker for Bills football though so I have to watch it anyways.
  15. A real football player would have had it surgically removed to play football.
  16. yeah it wasn’t worth arguing at all imo but I was way behind the thread as I don’t come here much before season starts. I was commenting as I was reading.
  17. I have read you guys debating and honestly I don’t have an opinion either way. What I do think is if you guys want to argue what you are arguing then the best place to look is somewhere in the middle pages. That’s where herd mentality is likely kicked in and echo chambers start. The first 6 pages is a bad example to read imo because those will be mostly people that just don’t like the pick and stating so but not really why.
  18. Is Hackett still the Jets OC? I read on this board that he is like the worst OC ever whenever he was with another team. Now people are scared of the Jets. I mean they do have a great roster but can Rodger’s be Rodger’s? Will he even last the season?
  19. Two. Josh and one other. I dunno who the other Qb will be but there is no chance they use a valuable roster spot on a third QB.
  20. Just about every vet in the nfl has some kind of injury history. Injuries happen. It can happen to any player at any time. Even Josh Allen has injury history to his elbow and shoulder.
  21. If Beane was going to spend big on a WR, he would have done it long ago. Injuries might force his hand but I wouldn't expect anything other than a fringe player. He isn't signing any big contracts or trading any big draft picks. I mean I would love to get a big time receiver in here but we all just need to realize it aint happening.
  22. Having a bunch of injuries in training camp was "utterly predictable?" Ok Nostradamus.
