It’s directly from the rulebook. I would guess if you land on your toes that is considered completing a step. If you land on your heel you are still stepping when your toes come down.

The difference in this situation is that kicking the FG here is still keeping it a two possession game. When we kicked the field goal it was still keeping it the same one possession game.

Agree. I just watched the footage. Cops were kinda ***** but you dont roll up your window on a traffic stop. Thats just common sense.
