  1. I've been trying to tell people this since the Broncos game, but some of them just don't want to believe it.
  2. I would also add Bass to the list. I been saying all season that something is wrong with him. He's missing field goals he don't normally miss. He missed xtra point last week. When is the last time he has kicked it through the endzone? Hell half the time it isn't even getting to the endzone. McD even occasionally punts at an area where Bass SHOULD be able to make it, so he knows something is up.
  3. Id love for that to happen and I am not even saying it can't. I just need to see it. I need to see McD stop blowing wins that are difficult to blow. I know we CAN beat all those teams remaining, but at this point I don't believe we will. I will still be here cheering for it though.
  4. Yep and I would go further back in the game. With a little over 7 minutes left, McD chose to try and run all the clock out on the Bills last TD drive. It was a mistake. They were never going to burn enough clock that Philly wouldn't have time to score. What he should have done was let our team score and then we would have had like 2 minutes left to drive the field, burn clock, and win with a FG. I said this in the GDT that they shouldn't be burning clock yet. They were never going to burn 7+ minutes and still get the needed TD.
  5. Maybe Poyer could be added. I don't really watch deeply enough to see if he is screwing up or not but he hasn't been all that impactful this year like years past. Hardly ever hear his name so I barely know he is even playing.
  6. I'd like to believe that. It's certainly possible. I just don't right now. This game hit me hard. I mean it's really difficult to lose a game like this that the team was in strong position to win and McD does it every damn time. This is why I believe he needs to go and the fact that we have to retool next season is a good time for it to happen so a new coach can build in his vision.
  7. Was a great question. I had to really think about it.
  8. Agree with the officiating part but no organization is really going to say anything about officiating. Too many penalties for doing so. They aren't allowed by the NFL to criticize refs to the public. However, I would have liked to see McD a little fired up at the refs. Harbaugh and other coaches certainly do that.
  9. Colts? I think Jim Mora coached Manning for 3 years before Dungy took over and won a super bowl 5 years later. Only one I can think of.
  10. I know that was a pun on Jauron but this just got me thinking about the truth of McD's tenure... It's really hard to lose the games that McD was in good position to win yet he does it every damn time.
  11. The Bills could go 5-0 but Cowboys and KC are going to be just as tough as today was. Personally, I think the Cowboys have a better offense than the Eagles but aren't as consistent week to week. I don't really know what to think of the Chargers game. I feel like the Chargers suck but I also feel like we play them so little that its the team that can blow us out in some weird game that shouldn't happen. That hasn't happened to us yet this year, but usually does. I think you are undervaluing Miami based on past years and our past game with them. It's unlikely that Miami loses a game other than maybe against the Cowboys and Ravens. The Ravens were garbage today on offense. Losing Andrews to them is like KC losing Kelce. It was a huge loss. Ravens D won that game. Not sure they can stop Miami like that but maybe. Those are the two games that Miami could lose to. They aren't losing against the Commanders and they aren't losing against the Titans. Miami may not have beat the good teams this year but they have won the games they were supposed to and most of them pretty convincingly. The Bills matchup, I dunno. I think Josh has their number. I think McD is comfortable game planning against them. I don't think it will be as easy as the last game though.
  12. The stat I would like to see is how many 3rd and long plays the McD regime has given up. It seems we let up way more 3rd and longs than any other team. I'd bet he has some historic lead in that stat.
  13. I've gotten over every loss this year by the end of the night. I can't even bring myself to goto bed right now. This loss was just as big and bad as the 13 second loss to me. I don't think I am getting over this one. We took it to the best team in the league and should have walked out of there with a win.
  14. Diggs is actually not good on separation. According to nextgenstats, Diggs avg cusion on catches is 2.7 yards. Not only is that not very good compared to other receivers, but it's not even good compared to our own. It's pretty much the worst on our team. Even Davis is 3.0 avg. That said, Diggs is still elite IMO. Still our best WR. Still a top WR in the league. He has just made some mistakes these past few games. All receivers make mistakes though. There is also no way Diggs is "checked out." The dude is still getting fired up and being a leader on the sidelines and stuff. Thats not checked out.
  15. This is why its the perfect year. The team is in a retool/reload year next season anyways.
  16. I think you are wrong here too but I will give you credit that you admit when you are wrong. Nothing wrong with having an opinion though.
  17. No idea, but I know it shouldn't be McDermott. We have an elite legit top 3 QB and he is being wasted under McD. Next year is a reload year as we have guys that need to go and small cap space. Let that reload be in the image of a new coach otherwise we waste another two years instead of just one.
  18. He isn't getting traded. There is too much dead cap in a cap strapped team to trade him. He can demand it all he wants. Doesn't mean it will happen.
  19. He's definitely had his share of mistakes the last few weeks. Everyone has mistakes but this is becoming a trend. I don't think it's because he has checked out. If that was the case you wouldn't be seeing him being a leader on the sideline. He still does that.
  20. Yes if the Bills run the table they should get in. There is still a chance they don't. Getting in at 10-7 is very unlikely though.
  21. I've been saying it since the Broncos game... this team is not getting in at 10-7. They need to win out now and even then they might not make it. The division is out of the question at this point. Miami is going to run away with that.
