    Never used Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Snapchat. Just other venues to say or post something that would get me fired or under surveillance or in energy draining cyber fights.

    I used to play several times a week back in the day. Played for the first time in years last fall. Still got it baby. Was a little sore a few days later though.

    I don't think it makes you a bad person, but if this made you the happiest you've been in months I'd suggest trying to find more things that make you happy.

    Since I've been getting screened my cholesterol has been high. I went on all diets supposedly reduces cholesterol and I ate everything I wanted and the numbers didn't change much. Sometimes things are hereditary and there's not much you can do to change it. I didn't want to take a pill every day, and I still don't want to. I'll probably put it off until I hit 40.

    Sounds like we're pretty much the same person are, height and weight. I just got my biometric health screen results back today, and I got 89/100. My biggest downfall is my total cholesterol....239. History of heart disease in my family. I had a stress test a couple of years ago and everything was good, so I'm gonna keep up my current lifestyle.

    Deep in what? There are no sure Fire QB'S, some decent receivers, but no must haves. Pretty solid secondary players, but all in all I wouldn't say this is a deep draft class at all.

    I thought one of the benefits of jogging was to reduce stress. I never encounter these types of issues sitting on my couch drinking beers.
