  1. I don’t want no part in Gurley. Id rather play Williams off the practice squad or see if maybe Brieda can get to the edge since we get blown up the middle quite a bit. We’ll probably find out is Moss can’t go next week.
  2. We could of easily won all 3 games we lost if players executed despite the shortcomings. Correct? Plenty of teams have worse talent on the offensive line and still execute enough plays to win games. Or they can scheme enough to hide the weaknesses. This same line was able to hold up in 85% of the games last year and now they’re just below average. I clearly wouldn’t defend how they’ve played but they’re clearly capable of playing better.
  3. I am sure pretty much everything is on the table at this point. I don’t think any player not playing currently is making a difference. If you want to run you have to commit to it. I think we had less than 10 attempts again. That’s just not gonna get anyone in a rhythm. If you want to establish a run game you need at least 20 attempts in a game. We may not be efficient, we may average 2 yards a carry for awhile. Some games it may not work, but I’m of the mindset you still have to try. I don’t care what combo or how they’d like to distribute carries but I think the majority of fans don’t want to see designed runs for Allen anymore, and they don’t want to see 40+ pass attempts when we cannot execute pass protection. If they choose to pound Williams up the middle or try and get Breida around the edge or make a gap for singletary I’m good with it.
  4. It’s gonna happen. I feel like each new dramatic thread one of these unknowns tries to top the previous. Somewhere I picture Simon and hapless and chandler smiling like Oprah reading some of these hot takes “you get a ban, and you get a ban, and a ban for you”
  5. Buffalo is the only team that can stop buffalo. Teams aren’t beating us we’re just beating ourselves. We haven’t walked into many games the last 2-3 years and just been beat cause we don’t have the talent to compete. That said the Pats are playing smart football and making plays when needed. Nobody including the Jags or Jets or whoever should just be considered cakewalks. Teams suck, but it’s not unheard of for bad teams and young quarterbacks to start playing better halfway through the season. Anyone who expected the Pats to be a layup this year was just kidding themselves. They’re scrappy and hang around
  6. I’ve had enough. There is only one fix. WE NEED A BILLBOARD ASAP.!!
  7. Sure sure lol.. Youre like a toddler having a temper tantrum with Clappy Mcidiot comments and benching Allen. You’re not Stevan A Smith bruh no need to try and act like him.
  8. I’ll say the same thing I said for the defense last year, it’s much better to work out the kinks now than have these issues come playoff time. It should be concerning to fans and coaches. I’m not saying it should just be brushed off. But there’s a lot of season left and I’d rather suck now than week 16 or the playoffs or something.
  9. You just need to get hot and click at the right time to make noise in the playoffs. Most of the people flipping out and having temper tantrums were the same people last season who freaked out non stop our defense couldn’t stop anyone. Wouldn’t matter if we made the playoffs we couldn’t stop anyone. Remember Seattle and San Fran and all those tough teams were just gonna steamroll us and blow us out and we’d be lucky to make it in. Don’t believe me go back and look at the threads on defense last year. We’re all a little embarrassed about the Jax game. But let’s not pretend like the offensive line can’t get better as the season goes on. Let’s not pretend like they don’t know what the issues are and won’t address it. There’s so much more than just not enough talent to compete which seems to be pretty popular
  10. As far as I know yeah those are the guys they rolled with this year. I do agree if they win they deserve the hype this week and should be considered #1 in the AFC. Their defense was disgusting to start the year but have gotten better every week.
  11. And gave up less than 200 yards of offense if I recall correctly. Can’t get much better on D than that. Add in another takeaway too.
  12. Haha I was thinking the same thing.
  13. Simmons was certainly can’t miss right? Wasn’t he the guy on video punching some woman laying on the ground who was defenseless?
  14. When Allen is literally calling for a flag during a play lol… Might be time to just play and not make the calls for the refs. I’ve seen Mahomes and Rodgers yell at refs before but I’m not sure Josh has that kind of respect with the zebras. The team is their own worst enemy.
  15. Rams are playing like they’re completely lost. No Henry and they still 100% sell out on the run. Tannehill always has a wide open lane to the touchdown on those plays
  16. Josh 99% of the time makes the first wide open pass rusher miss from the gun, that guys not missing if he’s dropping back from under center. He could arguably be the most sacked quarterback in the league with your philosophy. Of course I have no statistics to back me up but I feel that way.
  17. It’s concerning. I felt despite the fact they rarely gave it to him it did slow the defense just a second making sure he didn’t get it which we obviously could use since pass protection is so bad. With McKenzie on returns this year maybe they don’t want to risk injury using him too much, but it’s not like other guys can’t do it. I really like moss but I’m kinda hoping he misses a week so Breida jumps in and maybe runs that gadget role to distract defenses and catch the occasional screen
  18. I’ll watch for fantasy purposes. But will probably end up disappointed when Cooper Kupp scores non stop all night long on me. Guess it’ll be interesting to see Tennessee life without Henry
  19. We lost. To a bad team. No bright spots. Just angry hot takes and miserableness. There’s actually posters who thrive and might look forward to this kind of situation.
  20. I do think he’ll add some value in the pass game. Stretch play here or there but his speed should help on some of these passes
  21. That’s a lot of quotes lol. They took Allen away today with pressures up the gut without blitzing. That’s gonna negate almost every quarterback in the league.
  22. For now. It’s the same team as last year. It’s not just figured out and can never work again. Players have to execute. It’s not like in our losses we didn’t have a million chances to win, and even win big in those games. We just don’t execute and don’t always make adjustments to fix what’s not working. There’s no reason to actually freak out this early in the season.
  23. Anytime you take away a teams best player that team is gonna struggle. Today was a perfect storm of an uncreative offensive scheme and of course terrible blocking in the middle and Allen melting down. Cards would struggle without Kyler, same for Seattle without Wilson, if they have bad games the team has bad games. Sucks but it is what it is.
