I think everyone sleeps on Miami based off Flores tenure and how bad tua has looked. I think people are forgetting they NEVER could run the ball under Flores. This new guy is gonna run the ball. And it will probably be effective. Giving Tua a run game and teams actually biting on play action might be a bigger deal than we think. I don’t think anyone needs to overly fear them or nothing crazy but they shouldn’t just be dismissed either as the same ole dolphins

Lil Dirty McKenzie posted a number change, He "retired" 19
Rc2catch replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was just asking about this cause I seen the punter took 19. Mckenzie is 6 now. I hate these numbers now 😂😂- 24 replies

I think Greg Rousseau becomes an elite pass rusher in 2022
Rc2catch replied to streetkings01's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s really the key to the defense imo. Him, Epenesa or Basham need to be a consistent force. They all got at least a year with Hughes and Addison and now get to practice and watch film with Miller, learning from veteran guys like that is huge. I expect a dominant pass rush. -
Of the serious SB Contenders who had the best draft?
Rc2catch replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the chargers, ravens, chiefs, colts all added some good talent to some pretty good rosters. -
There’s been a pretty crazy run on quarterbacks the last few years. And definitely not as many teams actually needing one this year. Pair that with what’s considered a weak class and next year you could have a crazy explosion of quarterbacks drafted. Lot of people are on their last chances or super close to never starting again. You could have ten teams next year looking to need a franchise quarterback.

Definitely too early, and can’t rule out some of this rookie class being “injured” and hitting full time or short term IR. Mcdermott has been here long enough we know vets vs rookies and how playing time is distributed and the emphasis on special teams. And some of these guys have enough upside they might not be safe on the PS. These are the best problems to have.

Round 6 Pick 209 (31): OT Luke Tenuta, Virginia Tech

They do love some 6’8 and up guys don’t they? -
Rd 6 pick 185 (6): CB Christian Benford, Villanova

The only negative is does he have too much potential to hide on the practice squad? Wildgoose got plucked pretty quick last year and this guy seems to have much more upside. -

Looks to be a great athlete with a ton of potential. I don’t complain much but surely can’t with this pick -

This pick might be the defining mistake that ruins our season -
I think we are going to see some much different offense from buffalo and Kansas City this season. I really believe they’re adjusting to a more run based and short pass game to counter the deep safeties. Both offenses struggled at times last year not being able to run effectively and not being able to throw deep. I think Daboll not calling plays on gameday is a big boost to the offense too. Plenty to be excited for. I’ll add I would like to see Buffalo acquire Andy Isabella from Arizona. Just a really low risk dart throw to get some speed and he has some returner experience too. He’ll be cut or traded for basically nothing, we could probably get him for a 6th round pick swap at this point. He could battle it out here with Stevenson and Hodgins or whoever is around for the 6th receiver spot. Also kudos to the OP, it’s a really good write up

You should probably get a ban or go in the timeout corner for this

Rd 3, Pick 89 (25): LB Terrell Bernard, Baylor

I mean we’re at 29 pages. Some really great ideas on how this guy fits into our scheme. -
I’m still not ready to talk about this. I’m on to next season.

Almost everyone in the country likes this buffalo roster. Fans of other teams are complaining they can’t build a team like this one. Giants fans are praying Schoen and Daboll can copy the Buffalo Bills blueprint of roster building. And people are really upset over draft picks. Beane could of probably forfeited this entire draft class and just signed UDFA later to plug holes and maybe a vet corner and we’d still sitting at the super bowl favorites table. Is that because of Josh Allen? Of course. But I would think Beane has earned some trust around here. He’s given this fan base everything they wanted. Maybe not when you want it but it arrives and sometimes it has a team friendly contract. Lighten up and have some fun with all this. -
Just A punter? Why not draft two?

Are we allowed to like this pick? Or did the message board outsmart Beane again?- 718 replies

A running back, and he doesn’t have 106 pages. Sad face -
This isn’t the first time they’ve acquired a lot of talent. It doesn’t mean much if they can’t develop that talent. I like Saleh so not saying they can’t, but history says they’ll be lucky to keep one of these guys until the end of their rookie deal.
