I’m not sure I believe that one. I feel like that story would of leaked much sooner. Sounds like a saving face move that Pete Carroll and company have ran that team into the ground.

It’s a pretty big gamble on both sides. Lamar is an Achilles from losing 50+ million in guarantees his next contract. And Baltimore might have to pay him 55 million a year if he happens to have another MVP season.

He had a good game. But the entire D line had a good game. I don’t think we need to rank them of who is better than who after one game. Especially a game Oliver missed a large chunk of but still had a heavy impact.

A lot of people were upset during the long 3rd quarter drive with moss.. But that drive was exactly what Buffalo has been missing the last couple years. An ugly and physical drive that just sucked the life out of them and killed a ton of clock. Just because you can score in a minute doesn’t mean you should. That drive was huge in keeping buffalos defense fresh and gassing theirs out. Now with that said, I was 100% certain after that drive and LA gassing out singletary would own the 4th quarter. I didn’t watch any interviews but I’d love to know why they didn’t feed him. If Josh is risking his body up by that much you gotta pull him and protect him from himself. I’m all for a designed run here or there cause he seems to thrive after contact, but no reason he should ever take a hit when the game is in hand.

I hope the players have kept receipts. Tennessee has straight up man handled Buffalo the last couple years and whooped them up and down the field in the trenches and play action. They are just a tough gritty blue collar team. They’ll be ready to play. Bates had one real bad play where Donald embarrassed him and I thought he really held his own after that. He’ll need to again cause Simmons can be a problem up the gut which is Allen’s only kryptonite imo. We should blow them out, but we should have the last two years as well. If the D line plays like last night I have no worries.

If Mcvay is keeping his starters in to pad Kupps and Staffords stats I have no problem getting the defense set. These are valuable live reps in the first game of the season and we have rookie corners who need every rep possible. So Mcvay either wanted them to have more live reps or he’s trying to pad stats for them. Mcvay did this last year in his big losses, I only know cause of fantasy but Kupp murdered garbage time when they were up big or blown out.

Bigtime congrats.. Are you gonna name the baby Von 😂😂 Cause the Von Miller effect seems to be firing on all cylinders

He said watching Allen tonight was like watching Brady he was so perfect. We have national star power players now, he loves us. Did you even read our pff ranks when the starting lineups flashed on the screen? He’s gotta hype us up 😂😂😂

If Mcdermott can mold UDFA Levi followed by dane Jackson and into starting level corners are we really worried he can’t coach Elam up? I’d be worried if stafford came out and threw for 350 and scorched the kids.. But nothing tonight on defense should be cause for concern considering who was on the field

Imagine getting to sit down and watch film this week with that group. The master class Miller put on tonight. The whole line played great but he taught a class out there tonight on setting up moves

Yeah my only complaint. Give the ball to singletary. No reason to run Allen when you’re up especially when singletary looked so hungry

Rousseau, Basham and Epenesa along with a healthy team is the key to the super bowl. And boy did those 3 deliver. Along with everyone on the defensive line. Best defensive line performance since Schwartz had Jerry, Kyle, Dareus and Mario their one great season together. Physical, disciplined, dominant..

Gonna be crazy hyped fans all night. I’ll just say very encouraging. Don’t neglect the trench play when discussing all this and Dorsey called a great game. He killed their defense slowing it down in the 3rd quarter.

Put Allen on the bench.. Protect him from himself

Going to be a lot of happy people after this game. But don’t overlook the trenches. It’s been a long time since we’ve dominated and been the most physical team. Hype machine nationally is about to explode to a whole new level.
