You may just be a little premature is all. Every GM/coach combo in this league is dependent on quarterback success. Who cares if we’re bad or the worst this year if Allen pans out? You can judge what they want to build until they build it or get fired and the job is complete. Leave past years and regimes out of it. Basing just off since McDermott was hired its too soon to start freaking out

Lol everyone takes this process and culture stuff to seriously. He was a one year rental with past success who had a shot to re establish his career and get paid by another team next year. Hes not a “process” guy or a “culture” guy. He was a cheap rental who maybe could of helped the team this year. That’s all

Forget the GM, and coach.. the signing was a one year rental regardless if he came to pro bowl form or not. However it’s dirty to quit on your team. Those dudes you been busting ass with all summer and to just bail on all of them is a coward move. hurt or concerned for health whatever, take yourself out sit the sideline and retire after the game. Yeah huge difference in game one and half 1 vs half 2 this game, also seemed to really get the D going with Allen during them up
