It’s him. He’s a Jamal adams type safety. He might be one of the hardest hitters in the league. If I remember correctly he’s hurt himself more than once trying to crush players his first couple years. He does seem to be turning a corner but maturity and being in a contract year help that. He’s not a bad player but for a team that plays coverage as much as Buffalo I don’t think he’d be very successful in that scheme.

All fair points.. But you left out the part of how horrible he is in coverage.

Maybe Ko Simpson could be enticed to come back as well

Every year there’s tons of hype for the trade deadline and every year barely anything happens. Add in there’s already been a few moves and the odds are even lower imo. Anything can happen but generally there’s a ton of discussion for nothing.

I do think as fans we are getting spoiled and I would suggest watching some more games outside just Buffalo. Dallas has a pretty great defense and the Bears were hanging in there and running on them for most of the game. Imo Buffalo was prepared to allow some run game although I’m sure they expected to play it better. I understand the expectations of dominance but it’s not easy to dominate every aspect every week.

All the W’s look that same at the end of the season. It was not their best football but I didn’t come away from the game thinking anything other than it was a sloppy half of football and on to next week.

I have wondered if there’s quite a bit more to the playbook. The lack of plays for Knox, cook, shakir and even McKenzie (calm down I know he’s in the message board dog house) make me think they’re still kinda basic on a lot of playcalls. If they can’t stop Diggs and Davis why put out the tape on others?

I think they’re finding the right balance finally. As the rush attempts go up the blocking gets better. Cook as the change of pace and receiver is working it’s way in and having success.

Yeah he was laying some lumber out there.

Rousseau deserves a mention with Oliver. O line.. For a group that can’t run block they sure seem to get in a groove when there’s multiple attempts on a drive

They always stat pad in garbage time. Rather they’re up or down 20 they pepper Kupp when the games already over. They deserve any injury he may get

Edmunds gets it here, Roquan smith is playing out of his mind and there’s a lot of Chicago fans that don’t want to pay him (they have tons of cap space) devin white catches flack and he’s been great this year, devin bush in Pittsburgh is pretty hated, Queen in Baltimore, nobody likes their linebackers I guess

I think he should be hired as a head coach. And then be smart like Daboll and bring a real offensive coordinator with him. His scheme is only good for 2-3 seasons imo and he can’t seem to adjust or build on it.

I don’t know how Tampas defense is gonna play. They’ve been playing pretty bad and Carolina ran all over them. But no Calais Campbell I think this could be a big run game for fournette if he has any juice.

I don’t think they have to make a move. Another weapon is a bonus but they have the leverage of not having to force something. If there’s a good deal to be made I’m confident Beane will explore it.

That’s a pretty huge loss. They haven’t been running the ball that well and Higgins has had a bunch of injury issues this year as well.

This game is definitely of more importance to Green Bay. If they have anything left in the tank this should be the week to show it. I don’t think anything is a given.

I think Dallas might have the best shot. So much season left and so many injuries in the league this year. But if I had to pick I think the cowboys have the best shot and best balance

Seems like a smart move for them. I think they really needed some pass rush or secondary help a lot more than another receiver.. But maybe this was the only guy actually available they could get. I’m sure Reid will find a way to make him useful.

I agree. But it’s going to be a non story with a minimal fine if they even do anything. I used the Aaron Donald example because it barely got any attention and he’s someone with a previous history of shady behavior on the field. I think I caught a little heat maybe in my wording people are thinking I’m defending the play. I think it was dirty, I just don’t think anything will come of it. Had brisker suffered a serious injury the league would act imo.
