  1. I like it. It’s not a rental they have him for next season as well right? Cost controlled rookie contract. Ewwww I didn’t see it was for a 2nd rounder though.
  2. Telling of what though? We don’t know if they’re actually chasing Hines. And Duke definitely isn’t in comparison with CMC or Kamara.
  3. As I said, I would view Hines as a marginal upgrade over what we already have. He can’t possibly cost much so I wouldn’t freak out if they acquired him and I’ll cheer for him. I don’t view him as much better than Duke though. 👍 I do appreciate the healthy back and forth on it, gives me hope for this message board.
  4. Duke Johnson is already here. 5 years ago he had 75 catches for Cleveland. He can certainly be a receiving back
  5. Swift is the main back. Jamal Williams vultures some touchdowns on goal line runs. But swift is their guy. He’s just not healthy since week 2. Campbell just said this morning he’s still not 100% that’s why he didn’t play much Sunday.
  6. He would cost a lot more than hockenson. Problem is he’s been hurt since week 2 and still isn’t 100% Be a pretty big gamble given his injury history and not being fully healthy now. He’s one of the few they can afford as he’s still on a rookie deal though.
  7. And? Hines and taylor are complete opposites. When Indy goes down 17 Hines plays while taylor sits. That’s when he does his best work.
  8. So was mckissic, Theo Riddick amongst others. Catching check downs when the team is down 20 isn’t anything special. As bad as Indy is and he barely gets 5 touches a game and Taylor has been dinged up. I’ll cheer for him if he’s a Bill but I don’t see him as anything but emergency depth
  9. I wouldn’t want Hines.. I don’t think he’s an upgrade worth acquiring. He’s a checkdown back who gets work when Indy is down big imo. I’m sure it won’t cost much but I would rather see Duke or cook take the receiving work
  10. Weird to send him in division. I can see moving him if you’re not gonna pay him, and they clearly need to invest their free agent money on the defensive side of the ball. But still strange to send him to your rival.
  11. Roquan Smith had a terrible day against pollard and Dallas. Devin white had a horrible game against Baltimore Bobby Wagner got gashed run and pass in San Fran. It happens. As mentioned earlier the D line didn’t exactly do their jobs either.
  12. I have been hyping pollard for 3 years and it’s criminal he’s been sitting behind Zeke as much as he does. Someone is gonna sign him next year to a decent contract and he should be a rare second contract success if he stays healthy cause he doesn’t have heavy mileage
  13. I’m at the point it won’t matter what he does round here. People literally just want him replaced for the sake of replacing him. First it was his play, now it’s too much money.. I don’t get too overly invested in it cause I’ll be fine with whatever the front office decides. I think he’s an above average player and if you can afford to sign him your team is better for it. If they need to invest somewhere else or simply just don’t have the space to work him in I’ll cheer for him somewhere else (outside the division) I think if you put him on Tampa, or Pittsburgh or teams that coach aggressive linebacker play he could make more game changing plays and get burned just as bad as devin white does. That’s not what he’s asked to do here, and his replacement will more than likely be the next man up on the chopping block.
  14. That was some defense right there.
  15. I’m pretty sure ours would have server overload if we were losing 7-0 to Cleveland and looked this bad as well.
  16. Say what you will about Hunt and his ability, his pass blocking has saved brissett on multiple occasions tonight. No, Hunt generally gets 10 carries or so a game and some 3rd down work unless game script changes.
  17. This is why we can’t have nice things around here..
  18. To be fair, they are not very good without Mr Teller and they lost him in the Pats game. Chubb immediately comes back to earth and Hunt becomes irrelevant and has his two worst games of the season.
  19. I got Tyler boyd vs Joe burrow in fantasy and a 22 point lead. Outside of that I’m not overly excited for the matchup. Maybe watch Kareem Hunt a little closer than normal since he has 12 pages of debate on here. And I like Grant Delpit as well. He’s not been as good as I had once hoped.
  20. I don’t want to discredit what they’ve done cause they’re playing good ball. However they have been incredibly healthy and it’s only a matter of time before they start feeling the crunch of injuries. They just lost Jordan Davis yesterday. Kelce and lane Johnson have been mostly healthy are are probably the biggest key to offensive consistency but usually can’t last full seasons anymore. I don’t do the ranking stuff or who is better cause I do believe on game days anything can happen. But Philly has had an almost perfect ride so far and the odds are they’re going to face some adversity as the season goes on which may bring them closer to earth.
  21. Let them run, let sauce lock down his portion of the field (although I’m sure Allen is going to test him) It really shouldn’t make a big difference. It’s not a blueprint to beat Buffalo. Not only do they not have Aaron Jones and breece, little hero not talked about is they don’t have Mercedes Lewis who is the best blocking tight end in the league and didn’t get much love last night which was surprising.
  22. No Chicago made him an offer and he said it would actually set the linebacker market back or something similar.
  23. Interesting. Curious if they’re renting or buying. Compensation should tell
  24. Wilson is really really really bad. If that kid starts running backwards like he likes to do against Buffalo he’s going to take some brutal sacks. The Jets coaches seem to have a really hard time trying to tame him and settle his game down. He does remind me of josh a little when he played chaotic and tried to do too much his rookie year, but Wilson isn’t making the positive plays to give hope like Allen did. Not in the quarters I’ve watched him play anyways. But I’ll leave the real analysis to Jimmy Spags or whatever his name is. The youse guy 😂
