Ooooof this is my least favorite part of the year in football. I never understood making 20 mock drafts and all the gm’s and scouts on here fighting over who is best at what pick and then throwing temper tantrums when we don’t pick who they want. Especially this early when a million things change. I’m on to New England now ??

Tre'Day goalie academy llc. v. Gilmore girls
Rc2catch replied to whatdrought's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not to take away from him he’s a good corner, but we all know Gilmore was not on that level here and never was going to be. He is an extremely physical corner at the line and very handsy off the line. He would never be allowed to play that way here. He would lead the league in penalties. And just as others pointed out he’s a man on man kinda guy not zone. Same reason we shipped Darby out. Same reason josh Norman sucked outside of Carolina. Not everyone is interchangeable this isn’t madden. -
Bills top 10 in offensive explosive plays
Rc2catch replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would not have actually expected this. But thinking back all those laser beams he rips off over the middle add up. I knew singletary had a lot of good runs. Pretty cool stat -
I would agree. If they run him up the middle he’s generally good for his 3-4 yards. They get a little too cute sometimes when he’s out there. Kinda hard to blame him when he’s hit 2-3 yards behind the line. Obviously he has zero business trying to get to the edge. But come playoff time, 2nd and goal from the 3, down by 3 in the 4th. They’re gonna run play action and everyone will bite hard because they’ve ran him with zero success in goal situations all year and every team has seen it on film. Daboll likes to play the long game. Seriously though, I trust Gore can pick it up a notch come playoff time. He is done, but like mcdermott said nobody knows the size of these guys hearts. It’s his farewell tour he will put it all on the line to help this team advance in the playoffs. I do not disagree that they need a third back just to show defenses something different though. Perry can’t be that bad that he can’t line up as running back 10-12 plays a game right?

To be fair, lot of people here called for McDermott’s head over Peterman. Might not like the guy but how many of these talking heads come out and say “I was completely wrong” Im not a fan of that show they bore me but I’ll give some respect because sooooo many of those guys stick to their guns. -
Well obviously not. Shaq would be cut or traded. Singletary would of had his draft rights given away for free. Barkley would of started games this year. Duke Williams would be playing. Ford would be cut cause he’s a second round bust. Knox would be on the practice squad or just cut. Daboll would be looking for a new job. And the list goes on.

I still like the roster. But Baker has regressed badly and Kitchens was never qualified. Definitely something to watch to see how much of a restructure they’re in for. AGAIN. Hard to believe the offense is that bad with Chubb, Hunt, Landry and Beckham. Not to mention some of the other weapons they have that are more under the radar guys. I thought the blowup would be not enough balls to go around and selfish play. I never expected that Baker would meltdown the whole season and hold the entire offense back. He’s been really really bad.

McDermott is establishing himself as an elite HC
Rc2catch replied to Flip Johnson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah I don’t blame him at all for a lot of the criticism he gets on here. I see why he does some of the head scratching things he does. Good news is they’re winning and building a winning culture. That’s gold right there -
McDermott is establishing himself as an elite HC
Rc2catch replied to Flip Johnson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He’s a good coach. He’s an elite leader. What he’s done the past two seasons with an inferior roster and getting the most out of his guys is nothing short of amazing. However as coach there’s still some things that don’t stand out as elite like some of the guys you mentioned. -
He’s still practice squad eligible too isn’t he? Tricky cause maybe someone like Miami would snag him up and see what he’s got the last couple weeks. Crazy it’s become difficult to find active roster spots. Not a problem I foresaw 2-3 years ago

I was curious about jaquan? Special teams, but him and Siran are basically the same kind of player. I pondered it with all the duke and Yeldon talk lately

There’s a few expendable pieces. DiMarco is a popular one.

Small hands, not fast.. Cant believe we wasted a 3rd rounder on arguably our offensive MVP this season.

Sadly Belichick is going to walk away free and clear on this one. He set it up perfectly to have plausible deniability. The team is going to get hit pretty hard I guess with fines and draft pick(s) but there is no way to tie the coach into this without someone coming out and blaming him. I do think the NFL would crucify him regardless of top 100 etc etc but there’s no way to nail him without some form of proof. They can try, but you know his stubborn ass is fighting it until the very end which creates an even bigger story and bad headlines for him, the team and the league. Sucks the damage has already been done for years and in the history of all this the cheating stuff is going to be mostly overlooked

Josh Gordon suspended indefinitely, yet again
Rc2catch replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Unbelievable that this kid.. well guy he’s no kid anymore can continue to be this stupid. He just caught a 50 yard bomb from Wilson yesterday. He’s had more chances now than he deserves. He is going to hate himself for the rest of his life for how much money he has missed out on. Could of had monster contracts as a top paid receiver, instead keeps making stupid mistakes and wasting his talent and body for lesser paychecks than what he once deserved. Guy literally smoked his way out of 30 million dollars if not more. -
Belichick already spotted at Bills practice
Rc2catch replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Beane was saying something similar last night. About a tough opponent they haven’t been able to beat and the team is far from a finished product. Right before Jordan Phillips jumped in lol -

We need a bills mafia member who looks similar to dress up for the game with a fake camcorder and binoculars around their neck etc etc like the fake Andy Reid guy.. -
Phillips embarasses Brandon Beane
Rc2catch replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like that he’s bringing attention to it. I would like to see more players and coaches take the fine and call out these refs. I do expect a fine though, the league expects everyone to stay hushed and not criticize or point out bad officiating especially on social media. With the Pats coming up in a monster game we already know the storm that’s coming from the officials. And we already know Hughes needs to bring a few jerseys to the game after the left tackle rips them to shreds holding. If it’s a badly officiated game again like Baltimore I would like to see buffalo take a stance against the officiating they have been getting. Granted I do feel the refs made it up to buffalo in the raven game cause there was atrocious calls on both teams. -
Phillips embarasses Brandon Beane
Rc2catch replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is definitely going to be an interesting offseason. I like Phillips but this staff is pretty successful developing defense. Going to be hard to not invest in established offensive players since they seem to lack development there. I have more confidence they can add 2-3 defensive tackles at 1/4 the salary Phillips will get and get similar production between them as opposed to rookie wide receivers or tackles they may not develop at all. Either way I don’t think I would be very mad if they retain our own. -

He definitely has a point. But that is gonna cost him. They will fine him for criticizing the refs right or wrong. -
Foster played special teams. That was the only time I seen him
