I’m not his biggest fan, but I expected him to be eaten alive by Watt and Lawrence and he had some help but he really exceeded my expectations in those games. In the end regardless of who starts or they rotate them or however they approach the game plan it’s fantastic news they have options for the game.

On the KB thing, it was just a gamble. We were a team in the playoff hunt that was not expected to be in a playoff hunt. They threw a dart and brought in someone who had potential and it just didn’t work out good. I would guess most teams would of gambled a mid round pick for a former promising receiver for a playoff run. It was a fail in the end.

In my opinion fords best play has been against the top tier defensive ends and rushers. I like him against JJ Watt. He has shown an ability to handle the better rushers. His issue is mostly against the speed rush guys although once again my opinion, his two best games this season have been against demarcus Lawrence and TJ Watt. Ford takes a lot of heat and some deservedly so, but Spain gets beat pretty badly too and doesn’t seem to catch half the hate. I would be more worried seeing Watt rush the middle against Spain, and Morse trying to bail him out than I would with Watt trying to get around Ford on the outside. But as I said I like the idea that if the game is too big for Ford or he can’t handle Watt, Nsekhe can jump right in.

I’m probably in the minority but I’d still rather have Ford starting in the playoffs if we’re facing Houston. But, it is HUGE that Nsekhe is available and can takeover or rotate in if Ford struggles again.

Spreading that respectful holiday cheer ?

I’m not a big Amari Cooper fan. He’s a good player but I don’t see him as anything special. He makes his catches and yards but generally he’s been the only weapon so they have to target him a lot. He looked amazing last season for a stretch I didn’t know he was capable of playing that good, but he doesn’t look like that this year. I wouldn’t be upset if they went after him but I would expect 70% of the people on here dying to get him will be very disappointed next year and turn on him.

I think you’re really missing the point or just choose to only read certain things. Eli Manning was a top prospect and was considered pro ready. And his brother didn’t hurt either. He was in the running for the heisman. Little different than Allen in college.

They sure invested big money in him and have to be disappointed. And teddy is just hanging out in New Orleans biding his time and playing good football on a cheap contract when called upon. Now in the offseason they have to lose some really good players because they have no money to spend whatsoever. I think I seen they are already like 2-3 million over the cap for NEXT season. It’s got nothing to do with me. It wasn’t about the guys I mentioned other than why they get praise and not criticized for missed throws etc etc . Any quarterback drafted top 10 as a raw project who is inaccurate who had long term success. I’m an Allen fan. But I have an outside perspective. There is no success story in anyone who has faced what Allen is up against. Doesn’t mean I want him to fail or none of that. He has not won big games. That doesn’t make me an enemy or an Allen hater or a bills hater just objective

Winston was coming off back to back 400 yard games and lost Evans and Godwin and was throwing to practice squad guys just called up. I don’t like him, or think he’s a good quarterback. They have no run game and play from behind of course he’ll have stats throwing 50+ times a game. And I didn’t listen to the game. But I can see why they cut him slack. Baker was the golden boy last year, most touchdowns by a rookie blah blah blah and this year he’s bad and they call him out in it. Dak Prescott was the MVP the first few games and he’s been ripped for weeks for being inaccurate. Goff gets ripped for all those weapons and not making good decisions with the ball. Wentz gets a lot of hate too. It’s not the world VS Allen. Seriously take the buffalo bills glasses off. He has flaws in his game, people are paid to call them out. It’s not like the talking heads just bash him, he has all the talent in the world and it’s recognized. Just as he has a lot of work to do is recognized.

On the flip side, how many quarterbacks similar to Allen’s situation in the last 20 years have found long term success? Top 10 pick, very raw, inconsistent. Not flaming him or saying he won’t be the guy later but I would expect his game to be ripped apart. Similar to how baker and Darnold have been. The ravens vs browns game the other day I think it was Romo who was really picking apart bakers flaws and bad throws and decisions. Rodgers has earned respect all across the media and the league because look at the plays he’s made. Clutch throws with the game on the line, not just the Hail Marys, playoff games he took over. If you want the Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Mahomes, Jackson kind of treatment when people talk you got to prove yourself first and accomplish things similar to what they have. Allen has had chances and hasn’t capitalized yet. He hasn’t taken over a big game and really put his stamp on the league yet. Playoffs are here, he can create his own legend. If he doesn’t and the offense sucks in the playoffs he has a whole offseason to work on his game, and work with his guys. There will be guys on here crying to draft a quarterback round one and stuff but Allen ain’t going nowhere.

He has like 3 picks on the season and is surrounded by scrubs.. Adams is great but all those other guys have some talent but surely aren’t starters on almost any other team. Jimmy graham is like the walking dead out there. Oh and they have a new coach and new offense this year, and FINALLY. A run game. Maybe he’s not the best quarterback in the league but I haven’t seen any decline in his game.

We have 90 million to spend. Plus we’re already cutting Murphy, Hughes, Star, Kroft.. Rivers will come cheap he has like 13 kids to feed. Tyrod can play McKenzies spot next year and just fake jet sweep 20 times a game. Think outside the box here ??

One or both? I heard LA will rebuild and not bring Rivers back. Might as well snag both Bosas.. Rivers and Tyrod to backup Allen, and Lynn can come back and coach as an assistant. Sky is the limit

Or they could of just kept Jordan Howard. They have some decent weapons over there. Nagy just ran out of gas. He borrowed what he could from the chiefs and Andy Reid and has not been able to add more to it. I put 100% of the blame on Nagy. Their defense is good, he’s an offensive coach and hasn’t been able to call good offenses

To be fair I’m not on the cheating thing as bad as some. But their line gets away with murder. I was talking to a buddy the other day about Patriot linemen, and how they get signed in free agency for huge money and almost immediately are completely useless for their new teams. He had a massive list I could only remember a few of the obvious ones like Solder and Woody.

Funny I read something today about his rehab going well and Pittsburgh is expecting him back next year. But retirement is always an option like it has been for the LAST 3 years.

What? Please tell me this is a joke. Clowney has 3 sacks this year. You know who else has 3 sacks and more tackles than the clown? Yeah Trent Murphy does. Please tell me you don’t want to cut Murphy and let Shaq walk to pay clowney 100 million because you’ve heard his name before. He played a lot of healthy snaps for Seattle earlier this year before being in his current banged up status as usual.

Even if he did retire they are not purging that roster are you crazy? They can trade for Cam, sign Fitz, Rosen, Mariota, Dalton, they may not land a franchise quarterback but look what they did with scrubs this year. They can win with a halfway decent quarterback while also drafting someone they like. But sure let’s go get Watt and JuJu for pennies on the dollar. It’s been a fun week on here and it’s only Monday. We have the most conservative coach in the game, he can’t lead us to the super bowl. The process is a joke. Tremaine sucks he had a bad game Milano sucks and is slow he had a bad game Lorax is old and slow Allen is never going to be a good quarterback Gore is old and washed up and can’t do anything but fall 2 yards behind the line fire daboll duke is a game changer ford is a 2nd round zay bust revamp the defense they had a bad game cut everyone on the D line but the phillips boys and Oliver and spend 70 million in free agency to replace them. And that’s just off the top of my head in the last 48 hours. Any bandwagon fan who may have popped on here interested in the bills would never believe were a playoff team reading some of this stuff. We definitely have an increased traffic of thread starters after losses who need attention cause they’re upset. I enjoy reading some of the takes and there’s some really cool people on here I don’t always see eye to eye with or agree with but I’ve been able to have fun debates (I tend to lose those too) but after a loss the real trolls come out and can’t listen to anything but negatives to the most extreme levels. I don’t care who doesn’t agree or getting some ? but I try to stay respectful and I feel like a lot of the guys on here do too.

Part of the mess in rams country is how they went all in for the super bowl, paid their quarterback now they’re screwed. I highly doubt they’d actually trade him, if they did my god you’re looking at tons of future #1 picks plus more. As a few others mentioned I’ll gladly take Robert woods back though. He can’t wear #17, or #10 lol.. But he was one of my favorite guys based on blocking alone. I had no idea he could be as good as he has been in LA receiving. He would fit nicely into what we are doing now.

I can’t see any way we can matchup against them. Even with a pass rush (mack) someone is just always open. Not just basing it on tonight but everytime I watch them any pass where they send 5 guys out it’s just not possible to cover them all.
