Love the dolphins forum - Bills won because of the refs?
Rc2catch replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
We are just as bad whining about penalties on here when games don’t go buffalos way. Refs are a constant complaint for every fan base. I thought the game was called pretty fair. I definitely do not think the game was decided by the refs. Each team had plenty of opportunities to win and the PI at the end wasn’t questionable. People gotta stop with all this stuff. Josh Allen is not the NFL’s golden boy. He may be one of… But certainly not the only one. It’s better for the league if Miami wins that game. A closer AFC east is best for ratings the next couple weeks. -
I would not like to see the chargers. Especially if they get healthier. Bosa/Mack is deadly but Bosa can’t ever seem to stay healthy. And Herbert is a much different quarterback when Keenan Allen is 100% And Miamis speed on offense is obviously an issue. I would prefer to avoid them and I would also enjoy them collapsing to miss because their fans got waaaaaaaay too hyped too fast.

Devin Singletary not scoring a TD with 34 seconds left
Rc2catch replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was yelling for him to go down and not score.. Buffalo has lost too many silly games with the defense on the field, when possible you have your offense dictate the clock going to 0. I was all good with the whole ending. Once they crossed the 50 I was praising motor for his technique clutching the ball with both hands and begging to milk the clock down. -
To each their own

You are correct on madden. It has limits but it’s pretty great for diagnosing coverage and blitz packages etc etc.. I actually learned quite a bit about different RPO packages just from playing.

Rank your top 7 post week 14 WR pecking order.
Rc2catch replied to LABILLBACKER's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is really the only answer at this stage. -
He seems to have just enough mobility to actually make him dangerous in that offense. Solid run game, easy schemed throws, the ability to extend a bad play an extra 3 seconds is huge. I don’t think he’s going to be a long term starter as of right now, but I think they can still win meaningful games including playoffs with him.

Outside the athletic heroics he’s capable of the team has played better with McCoy this year. Murray is obviously better but I’m not sure he’s a better fit for their offense under kingsbury. Wish him a speedy recovery

Updated Beasley signing to practice squad
Rc2catch replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s always fun to see people get all worked up because a veteran is signed to the practice squad 😂😂 Welcome back 11 -
McKenzie for me. The drops, the weird tripping himself up all the time even when nobody is around him.. I like him on those jet sweeps but everything else seems to be pretty bad. I think Dane is playing decent if not above average if you compare him with most corners across the league.

I had to laugh seeing it at the end of the game. It was laugh or cry. Here’s this monster 300+ pound guy max effort chasing Mac whose running for his life, only to whiff and hurt himself on the landing. If that doesn’t sum up Buffalos injury luck on the season I don’t know what else does. Hope it’s a quick heal.

This is probably one of the best posts I’ve seen to agree with. Almost 100% spot on with my opinions.

I think the short answer is Diggs. Allen’s got a little tunnel vision for him. Not totally a bad thing cause Diggs is dominating. But the offense is better when everyone is involved.

I’m kind of Over the Hines Experiment
Rc2catch replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think there’s more coming for Hines. They tried to get him more involved but New England blew up his couple designed plays. They’ve been running this formation for a couple weeks with cook in the backfield and Hines in motion. It’s been a run to cook almost every time (I think Allen kept a couple) and it’s been successful gains. I’m sure there’s more to it once defenses sell out to stop the runs. -
He’s open. The touchdown to Diggs he was open on the other side for an easy touchdown. The 3rd and 3 I think it was Allen hit Diggs deeper on a real tough throw Knox appeared open on the other side short. I really just think Allen isn’t looking for him on most pass plays.

Joe Brady Rumor -- May be something, may be nothing
Rc2catch replied to glazeduck's topic in The Stadium Wall
He got the short end of the stick with Rhule.. He was always going to land on his feet. -
John Brown active tonight!!! O/U 99.5 yards??
Rc2catch replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with others he won’t play many snaps.. But I fully expect at least one 50 yard bomb his way. -
Kyler Murray: How did the Cardinals fall for it?
Rc2catch replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t dislike Kyler, I think he’s taking more heat than he deserves. Kingsbury is more to blame imo. There’s a reason their offense is horrible almost every game outside the end of halves when they go into the 2 minute offense. Kyler deserves some blame but I wouldn’t write him off until I seen him play in a different system. -
It’s Detroit, thanksgiving is supposed to be their game and they are becoming a fun team to watch. They’re never on national tv outside the holiday game. I like what they’re building the last couple years I have no issue with them getting some Romo love. I have never listened to him call a bills game and think he has any agenda. And I have seen enough RPO at this point that I don’t really want to see it anymore.

At some point didn’t everyone expect for Dane and Benford to get exposed a little? Do we really believe they can just pluck any db and make them an all pro? The defensive pass rush was on fire to start the year, that covered up the lack of talent in the secondary. They’ll play fine if the pass rush ever returns. Let’s not pretend that the last couple years being 100% healthy the secondary didn’t still struggle in key moments when the pass rush was lacking.
