    Whetzel interviews him in Cleveland the morning after he signed the new contract.. I did NOT feel comfortable after the interview...he knew then he wouldn't be back but he played a Hollywood role.

    Bear,Alexander will not be a starter this year...draft a inside guy high..move Edmunds to the outside spot.In addition,not one of the current back-ups should be on the roster come September.90 million and ten draft picks coming into this off season...the corps won't be ignored any longer...McDermott won't allow it.     Tough beans for Harrison Phillips...he was drafted in the third round? No excuses this year, because his rookie season left a lot to be be desired.You draft somebody in the third..he should be a factor by year two.

    I look at it this way...is he a player that can change the scoreboard numbers?Is he capable of being that 'guy' who gets us into the playoffs? I see Brown,Beasley,Foster and Jones being the top 4 right now..add in Anthony Johnson and that's a deep group.He's a name now...and not much more.jmho.
