    I have a good friend in Vegas that is the food purchaser for Hilton Hotels..he told me,eggs are very much secondary..fresh vegetables and fruits need daily buying...that's how shotty produce has become in this country. Keep in mind...he's the same bud that attacked me with a broom..he had a horsehead on and was laced on peyote. Chefs are a odd breed

    You can put a cracked egg(no shell) in a coffee cup..then into the microwave for about 20 seconds..check on it don't walk away..40 seconds total..give or take.Just make sure they don't blow up.

    Ex...and yet we are told not to leave baked goods out at room temp for more than 3 days if they contain eggs.(donuts,cookies etc)

    In the spring/summer..Redlinski sells eggs outside in 70/80 degree weather. We keep our eggs in the fridge..my aunt,for example,has a bowl of them on her kitchen counter...24/7. I guess aborted chickens don't need to be refrigerated..

    Maybe Gugny will remember this well..when we were stationed in SoCal. Spam (pork parts/potted meat))fried in eggs and rice with fish oil base. It sounds gross but was pretty darn good. Tough to find on the east coast...

    Mister November reminds me of my strong father..who sat at my mother's bedside during her last month on the planet,in 1988. I can't listen to that song without dropping a few tears.
