  1. noone was wrong about Tyrod except the national media... we all knew what we had in him. He was good enough to get you to 8-9 wins and maybe the playoffs with good defense. He was careful with the ball, made plays with his legs, but wasn't a good or consistent passer. Bills could have kept him around for this year but eventually we would have moved on. He was never going to light the world on fire passing and he wouldn't have won us a super bowl. Are we worse now? Yes, but that doesn't change the facts about Tyrod. He lasted how many weeks in Cleveland?
  2. Take offense out of it just for the sake of it. What explains the defense being so hot and cold. Is that coaching, is that just lake of passion or lack of drive because offense is bad? The fact that they are so inconsistent on defense is very concerning and that's McDermott's specialty
  3. We need more picks in the first 2 rounds trade down. This teams needs a lot of players. One top of the draft guy will not help
  4. Football coaches are some of the most stubborn people
  5. Unless Allen starts tearing it up. Not sure how this team attracts any good free agents without grossly overpaying
  6. McD has this team so hot and cold. I have never seen a team that is so up and down. Way too many blow outs
  7. I don't want Allen learning anything from DA
  8. Watching this game makes me feel dead inside. This whole season for me was just to watch Allen develop no matter if he plays good or bad.
  9. This looks like a team that has given up on the season
  10. Team looks tired or something. Where is the killer instinct
  11. Well that was probably going to be our best drive of the day
  12. they should cap the pages in a thread to 20 pages max, because after that all we get are food recipes, hidden links to Peter Pan, and references to Dunkirk Don
  13. One of the biggest reasons I didn't want Rosen was his attitude. I didn't think coming from a rich family/southern CA lifestyle would mix well in Buffalo. His mannerisms last night when things weren't going his way came off kind of like a Jay Cutler, just kind of pissy, and I believe that stems from his upbringing. Allen is much more humble and down to earth, more "Blue collar" so to speak. That may not mean anything in terms of if he will ever be a good qb, but I am happy with our pick of Allen over Rosen, Allen may take longer to get to a final product of a "franchise qb" but he is a perfect fit for Buffalo and he has all the potential in the world. I just hope he learns quick, because Buffalo fans are VERY IMPATIENT
  14. do we know for sure that the Bills were not interested and he didn't want to come here or Bills didn't offer enough money?
  15. The sad thing is he should be. Rosen was the lower ceiling but NFL ready guy, Allen is the raw not ready but high ceiling guy.
