Probably immediately after the game, film prep on the Cowboys start, Monday is probably a film review day/walk through, Tuesday & Wednesday full practices.
No days off this week
The guy who runs Banged up Bills (name escapes me) is on the Locked on bills Podcast with Joe Merino every Friday I believe, I have heard him speak. He is alright, a good level of orthopedic knowledge but I wouldn't consider him an expert/gospel on the same level as an MD.
My wife is a DPT, she is smart, I get it, but she doesn't have people calling her doctor.
I just wanted to make the correction, as some people consider doctors MDs only
Josh Allen should not ever be evaluated on just his passing stats alone....his running game is a big part of his game especially in the red zone.
How can you leave out his rushing TDs in the QB TD %?
TDs are TDs whether he passes them or runs them in.
Parallels but not the same.
Let's see what we do with all our draft picks and cap space, we could be a much more talented team next year.
Allen has more upside than Trubisky
I remember seeing/reading somewhere that NFL teams don't use their metrics (which are completely arbitrary) that they publish to the public, but the film cut-ups/raw data that they input into their own analysis to reduce the man hours to analyze film
It pisses me off the amount of "fans" basically rooting for him to fail.
We all knew that Allen was a raw prospect with high ceiling, coming from a no-name high school and a lowly college program in a bad conference. His learning curve is going to be wider and longer than a prospect like Darnold or Mayfield coming from high end college programs.
So I am giving Allen 3 years personally, unless a dramatic dropoff. I am evaluating him on a YEARLY basis. Year one as a whole vs year two as a whole vs year three as a whole.
Evaluating him game by game is going to accomplish nothing except start fights.
Development is not linear.
