  1. Agreed. Not trying to justify keeping him, if anything it’s amazing how good he was year 2 and 3.
  2. That is the case with Hauschka, Carpenter. What it means is damn, this kid’s year 2 and 3 is probably one of the best we ever had.
  3. You know what is absolutely crazy? Tyler Bass has the 4th most attempts and makes in team history. He has the 5th most attempts in team history from 50+ Tyler Bass has the 2nd highest FG percentage of any kicker in team history with more than 50 attempts. Bass also is two 50+ FGs away from having the most in team history.
  4. Bills best kickers, while in Buffalo: Steve Christie - 78.3 Rian Lindell - 83.3 Dan Carpenter- 86.5 Steven Hauschka - 82 Tyler Bass is only at 84.1 Not justifying trying to keep him, just something to consider. Bills have very little history of elite kicker production for more than 1-2 seasons.
  5. Another guy with a huge leg and poor accuracy. I think elite leg strength is overrated if you can’t control it. Rian Lindell didn’t have a super powerful leg, he was just accurate and consistent.
  6. Bills first team ever to use a kicker as a FB
  7. He’s the same guy as Bass TBH.
  8. The only kicker on the market without terrible numbers is Riley Patterson, who has bounced around a ton despite solid performances. He’s also cousins with AJ Epenesa.
  9. Any worse? Samuel is a legit, proven good WR.
  10. Troy Aikman said it didn’t count 😂😂😂
  11. Low key SUPER excited to see Ray Davis
  12. So I don’t fully agree with this thread, but I certainly don’t fully disagree with it either.
  13. Gabe is who he is, an AWESOME #4 who is incredible blocking, going deep, and making sideline catches. He’s a top producing store associate who keeps getting promoted to manager.
  14. Is he buds with Diggs? Not joking.
  15. Way I see it, a SB win won’t change my life. It’ll be exactly the same after. Maybe I’ll get to brag for a few weeks, months? Then someone else will win it, and we will be back to the chasers. I’d bet good money that 1 ring isn’t good enough for 99.9% of the fans. This feeling right now, at 3-2, is the same reaction even if we are defending SB champs. The McD era has honestly been special, and while I agree it’s likely time to move on, I think assuming that the next is an automatic upgrade is foolish. My hope is, if this team fails to add a trophy, he steps down. Not fired.
  16. I haven’t gaslighted myself enough to relive that game yet.
  17. This poses an interesting question: If a man in a blue box appears from thin air and tells you that when the Bills fire McD, they hire another young DC to replace him. Would you still want to fire him?
  18. Judging by comments from this presser, it may have been the case where Brady was in charge. Mookie asked McD about being caught on camera saying into his headset that they “Only need 10 yards” during the last series. Speculation on my end, but I don’t think McD is please we went for 3 deep passes.
  19. They had a whole spring and summer to adjust how they wanted to use CS1.
  20. Everyone wants a new WR, yet we aren’t even using the ones we have. No more gimmicks for CS, use him as a traditional WR and have Coleman take the bulk of the snaps over Hollins and MVS.
  21. No he isn’t, they cross train. They'll sub a LB out with safety in certain situations, they did it with Dodson and Poyer last year. Cine is one of the more athletically talented guys on the roster.
