    I think Star is a situational player during obvious running situations. Harrison Phillips might be the true key cog of the DL. Him and Oliver could be a force if he’s fully recovered from 2 knee surgeries.

    Could also have something to do with the high priced, low production, old vets who are both on the last year of their deals.

    Can we talk about the shape out DTs look to be in? Harrison Phillips and 90 look like they trained hard! Groot and Epenesa look to be in great shape too.

    Levi Wallace is actually a pretty good CB, I see no issue

    I think we forget what kind of player Harrison Phillips was before his knee, which apparently required 2 surgeries. He’s definitely the best blend of size/power/athleticism. Harry is a guy I am excited to see this summer!

    Obvious run situations probably see AJ - Star - Ed - Jerry. Star is probably just a situational DT, I imagine Phillips will typically line up next to Oliver

    Considering every DE that has ever been been acquired by McBeane also excels at blitzing from DT, I’m thinking we will be surprised at how many DTs actually make the 53. Wouldn’t be shocked if it’s just Oliver, Harry, and Star with Zimmer and 1 other on the PS.

    I’m starting to think McBeane doesn’t give a crap about a DT who just eats blocks. They’ll put 4 BAMFs out there and dare opposing OLs to double team someone. If Groot and Boogie look solid day 1 our DL might just be grossly improved. Let us hope for a healthy Harrison Phillips too, he was dang good before the double knee surgery.

    While he’s very light (176) he has loads of potential. He was projected to go in round 5.

    Edmunds in the passing game can stand with any of the top LBs in the NFL. He was an absolute beast the last 6 weeks, and in 2/3 playoff games. This notion that ‘he sucks in coverage’ needs to go away. He had a rough stretch in the beginning of the season while he was injured, but that doesn’t erase 2019 or the 2nd half of the season.

    3 headed rushing attack spearheaded by a pissed off, driven Motor Singletary who is tuned up and out to shut every doubter up. Moss is an elite pass blocking RB with soft hands. There might be 3 running backs in the NFL faster than Brieda And we throw it 70% of the time
